Judge William Farris – Wilson County NC District Courts
Judge William Farris is the Chief Judge of the Wilson County NC District Courts and is largely responsible for overseeing policies and procedures of all Judges in this District Court. NC Fathers is an organization educating and uniting non-custodial families in Wilson County on the divisive nature of the Family Courts and District Courts, as well as the money generation of the NC Child Support Enforcement system and NC Domestic Violence Agenda for county social services programs and special interest groups. We are asking all Wilson County NC non-custodial fathers and ALL members of their families to understand that when you come together with other non-custodial families you equal a overwhelming voter base than no Judge or Legislator can deny. The first request we have for Judge William Farris or any Judge in the Wilson County NC Courts is to explain to county non-custodial families how the courts are NOT dangerous or biased to them. Surely, we think that readers who visit this site will argue that the rate at which men get custody of their children, the fact that Judges in the county routinely allow custodial mothers to move kids hundreds of miles away, and how fathers are marginalized to visitors instead of fathers who ALL get dumped into a federal enforcement system and who are jailed when financial ends do not meet while custodial mothers are given untold state assistance to make ends meet will argue otherwise.
But this is just some of the problems we have issues with and again we ask Judge Farris and the Wilson County NC District Courts to explain why custodial mothers get FREE federal payed attorneys from enforcement to get needs met while non-custodial families have to secure private attorneys at $5,000 PER INCIDENT.
Judge William Farris, Wilson County NC District Courts and Child Support Enforcement
We ask Judge William Farris or any Judge with the Wilson County NC District Courts to explain to county non-custodial families the relationship to amounts of child support collection and federal funding back to US States to replenish money for low income assistance programs. For many, Judge Farris should not be shocked to find that these families believe visitation amounts with children is decreased so that child support collection to be maximized so that federal funding can continue. Could this also be why Judges allow custodial mothers to move kids hundreds of miles away? Frankly, we find it pretty astonishing that the State of NC is making money on the backs on Wilson County Non-Custodial Families, and more astonished that Judge William Farris and Judges with the Wilson County NC District Courts allow this to happen.
Judge William Farris, Wilson County NC District Courts and Domestic Violence
We ask Judge William Farris and any Judge with the Wilson County NC District Courts to explain to Wilson County NC non-custodial families that FALSE Domestic Violence allegations are NOT used as tactical advantage in Divorce and Child Custody matters. Surely, Judge Farris should be aware that this is becoming a problem and that new statistics show that women hit just as much as women but that there is no system in place to collect those statistics. We also ask Judge Farris to explain how the Violence Against Womens Act (VAWA) defines abuse as a raised voice or pointing of the finger, as well as how Judges in Wilson County give our restraining orders like candy when women “feel” like they are being abused. Be sure we are hearing from MANY women in the paternal family who see this daily… it is a problem Judge Farris.
Judge William Farris, Wilson County NC District Courts, and Non-Custodial Family Statistics
We ask that Judge William Farris and ALL Judges at the Wilson County NC District Courts to realize that given the current Divorce rate and the rate at which men and women are having children out of wedlock, non-custodial fathers make up 42% of the voting population in the State of NC and we suspect these statistics stand true in Wilson County. If Judges in the District Courts are not impressed by these figures, when you add in just ONE non-custodial family member who also gets their ass handed to them daily by Judges, our ranks rise to around 84% of the voting population and this comes from women, all races, and all socioeconomic backgrounds.
Again, if you are a Wilson County NC non-custodial family and you are tired of the abuses in the Wilson County NC District Courts and Family Courts, and you are tired of watching lawyers in the county make $5,000 retainers for 18 years while two parents fight, and you are tired of watching maternal family members raise your children while Judges and special interest groups snub their noses at you, we recommend that you join our MAILING LIST and let us build a massive list of families in NC so that we can change all of this.
