Does Judge Brian Wilks or Judge Pat Evans recognize the potential for bias and abuse from the Durham County Department of Social Services who derive funding FROM Durham County NC non-custodial families using NC Child Support Enforcement and NC Domestic Violence policies? It seems to use that both of these initiatives NEEDS for male members of non-custodial families to be “Deadbeat Dads” who abuse women and children so that funding can continue to flow. If either Judge dismisses this, be sure that we hear from non-custodial FEMALES every day about False Domestic Violence allegations being used in Family Courts as a weapon to get favor and social services assistance. Additionally, Judge Wilks and Judge Evans should recognize that we hear DAILY from WOMEN of paternity on how zero or low evidence based domestic violence allegations always result in restraining orders that alienate them from their grandchildren for up to a year.

Is Judge Brian Wilks or Judge Pat Evans concerned that social services administrators develop and implement policies and procedures at DSS that keep in mind that men in non-custodial families are a funding source that must be dealt with harshly so they STAY non-custodial and with little visitation so child support stays maximized? And Judges, are women in CPS investigations dealt with lightly because they are consumers of services Durham County non-custodial families are paying for via child support enforcement?
