Judge Ned Mangum should be outraged to learn that the NC Child Support Enforcement system is generating ONE dollar in Revenue from Wake County NC non-custodial fathers for every dollar they pay in child support that is then used to pay for social services low income assistance programs. And, we think that Wake County NC non-custodial FAMILIES let Judge Mangum know of THEIR outrage. NC Fathers encourages every non-custodial family in Wake County to do their research on the Social Security Act Title IV Part D and pay special attention to Section 458. This is the legislation that gives the State of NC Two dollars for every ONE dollar collected in child support and Judge Mangum should not be surprised to learn that Wake County NC non-custodial families see this as a slap in the face. We are FAMILIES of children Judge Mangum, not money generators for special interest groups and politics. Will Judge Ned Mangum, or any Judge in the Wake County NC Courts, be surprised to learn that Wake County non-custodial families are also putting food on the plate of government contractors who get Title IV-D federal money for child support enforcement services?
Is it going to be difficult for Judge Ned Mangum to understand that if child support seemingly is more about politics, special interest, and funding of social services, that we would rather have equal visitation and parentage with our children rather than feeding government contractors and low income needs. NC Fathers thought child support was ONLY about the children Judge Mangum?
With respect to NC Domestic Violence policies in the Wake County Family Courts, is Judge Ned Mangum SURE that hopeful custodial mothers are not capitalizing on the hot button politically motivated issue of Domestic Violence and using FALSE ALLEGATIONS as a tactical weapon to secure custody of children? And, are Judges in Wake County allowing ZERO evidence based Domestic Violence to proceed to conviction to be politically correct and continue funding for special interest groups who help with elections?
Is Judge Ned Mangum SURE that the State of NC and Judges in Wake County NC do not NEED “Deadbeat Fathers” and Domestic Violence MONSTERS to exists so that funding for politically motivated special interest groups can flow? And, are the Family Courts creating these monsters for political reasons?
Wake County NC non-custodial families ARE NOT funding sources and pawns in politics, we are kids FAMILIES Judge Mangum.

Is Judge Ned Mangum, or ANY Judge in Wake County NC, concerned that if Wake County non-custodial families are a primary source for funding of Wake County Department of Social Services, is there a WIDE OPEN door for bias and abuse by social services on these families? Judge Mangum, are social services administrators developing policies and procedures that teach staff to deal with non-custodial fathers harshly so that they stay “non-custodial” fathers who pay more in child support ( and generate money for staff salaries )?
Is Judge Ned Mangum concerned that since Social Services has 100% complete immunity, this presents an increase in danger for Wake County NC non-custodial families?

Does Judge Ned Mangum realize that non-custodial paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts, and fathers in NC equal about 4.5 million people? What is going to happen when these family members have enough Judge Mangum? Are they going to force Legislators and Judges to adopt more equal policies with respect to Family Law and Social Services?
Does Judge Ned Mangum realize that Wake County NC non-custodial families are the SINGLE largest swing vote? Do we not come from African American, Hispanic, and Asian families where women of paternity get equally hurt in the divisive family courts Judge?
