Update 2019: So Judge Tom Jarrell dies of Heroin and Fentanyl overdose indicating that he was a significantly heavy user, and we find out that lawyers in Guilford County don’t think any of his cases need to be looked at for any improper rulings, but by God don’t let any of you non-custodial parents make a mistake or you are going to jail or prevented further from seeing your children. How many other judges in the county have substance abuse issues and are considered competent while you non-custoDial families are held in strict compliance or carted off to jail?
