Judge Donna Forga, Judge Kristina Earwood – Cherokee, Swain, Macon County NC Court
NC Fathers doubts very seriously that either Judge Donna Forga or Judge Kristina Earwood of the Cherokee, Swain, and Macon County District Courts will admit that there is a pervasive, systemic, and dangerous problem with the County Family Courts in their jurisdiction. However, NC Fathers believes that non-custodial parents, step-parents, aunts and uncles, and other in these families do. NC Fathers is an organization of NC non-custodial families who are tired of the industry withing the courts where NC LAWYERS benefit financially from two parents fighting for 18 years, where Welfare and other Low Income Assistance programs are payed for via the non-custodial family/child relationship, and the marginalization of non-custodial families into a visitor role. NC Fathers is asking Cherokee, Swain, and Macon County non-custodial FAMILIES to please consider joining our MAILING LIST and FACEBOOK page where they can extensively share this article on Judge Donna Forga and Judge Kristina Earwood with other families. If they were up-to-date on their statistics, they would know that there are a LOT of non-custodial fathers in Swain, Macon, and Cherokee County NC. And with each father that is relegated to visitor parent, comes many women in their families who get equally hurt by Judges in the District Courts. These include step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, and paternal aunts.
