NC Fathers has to wonder if Judge F Warren Hughes and Judge Ted McEntire truly understand the level of divisiveness that Judges in the Avery, Watauga, Mitchell, Madison, and Yadkin Family and District Courts asks non-custodial FAMILIES to live with. We invite non-custodial families and both Judges to click on the RED and BLUE graphic below to get a list of major issues that need to be addressed in Family Court and Social Services Reform. But remember, NOTHING will happen unless you stand up and start making this an issue with your Legislators and this is outlined in our GOAL.
Neither Judge F Warren Hughes or Judge Ted McEntire want you to know that the ONLY people winning in the Family Courts are NC Lawyers who benefit financially when two parents fight for 18 years. In fact, neither of these two Judges can deny that Family Court is setup to get as much dirt on the other parent to discredit them. The parent that does this the best, or first usually wins custody. When two parents operate under this setup, children suffer. The NC Lawyers Association is ADAMANTLY against equally shared parenting because they need parents fighting.
Neither Judge F Warren Hughes or Judge Ted McEntire want you to know that NC Child Support is NOT just about money provided to children from the non-custodial parent. In fact, the federal child support system is an industry where several entities and groups benefit financially and politically. Did you know that when you pay your child support each month, the federal government gives back ONE DOLLAR for EVERY DOLLAR COLLECTED in child support that the State of NC social services agencies can then use for Welfare and other Low Income Assistance programs? Our concern here is that the State of NC gets money for these vital programs via the non-custodial family not having equal parentage and access to their children. Judge F Warren Hughes and Judge Ted McEntire should not be shocked to learn that Avery, Watauga, Madison, Yadkin, and Mitchell County NC non-custodial families will be outraged to learn that Welfare recipients have an easier time raising their kids via you not having equal time with your children.
Neither Judge F Warren Hughes or Judge Ted McEntire will face that fact the FALSE allegations of domestic violence and sexual assault have become a culture where hopeful custodial parents will use this claim as a tactical tool to win immediate custody of a child(ren). Case in point, in NC (and because of the Violence Against Womens Act), if a women simply states that she feels scared of her husband because he slammed a door, she can have a domestic violence restraining order granted (they always are because it is politically correct to do so) placed on her husband which immediately alienates fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and paternal aunts from their young loved ones. NC Fathers IS assured that Judge Hughes and Judge McEntire will tell you that a woman slamming a door and and making threats is NOT Domestic Violence.
NC Fathers hopes that Avery, Madison, Watauga, Yadkin, and Mitchell County NC non-custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, and paternal aunts and uncles will get involved on our FACEBOOK PAGE and MAILING LIST so that we can build a central repository of NC non-custodial voters who can force Judges and Legislators to level the playing filed in the NC Family and District Courts. And, we hope you will share this article on Judge F Warren Hughes and Judge Ted McEntire extensively with other families using social media.
