Judge Richlyn Holt, Judge Monica Leslie – Cherokee, Swain, and Macon County NC Family Courts

Judge Richlyn Holt, Judge Monica LeslieWhere does Judge Richlyn Holt and Judge Monica Leslie of the Cherokee, Swain, and Macon County NC Districts Courts stand on equally shared parenting for non-custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal aunts and uncles, and other family members? As both Judges are aware, in NC there is NO PRESUMPTION for who gets custody, and this leads everyone to believe that there is no bias in the Family Courts. However, according to the AOC, 85% of women get custody. And of the 15% of fathers that get custody, roughly half lose custody in future proceedings. We dare Judge Richlyn Holt and Judge Monica Leslie to look Cherokee, Swain, and Macon county NC non-custodial FAMILY voters and tell us there is no bias in these courts. Furthermore, we want Judge Richlyn Holt and Judge Monica Leslie to understand that NC children receive far greater resources, support, and opportunity when children have equal access to both parents and extended families. This setup FAR exceeds sending a child support check to a big government agency that subsidizes Welfare and other Low Income Assistance Programs. NC Fathers also believes that Judge Holt and Judge Leslie are well aware of NC Lawyers getting mega rich off two parents fighting for 18 years, and that Lawyers play heavily into politics at election time. Please consider joining our FACEBOOK PAGE and MAILING LIST, where you will have the opportunity to interact with other non-custodial families across NC, and be a part of a growing lobby that is holding Judges and Legislators accountable for the marginalization of non-custodial families and visitors and payment systems for the industry of the family courts.
