Representative Angela Bryant – Halifax and Nash County NC

Representative Angela BryantWhen will Representative Angela Bryant of Halifax and Nash County NC hear the concerns of non-custodial families in her district when it comes to the bias we are seeing in the family courts when it comes to child custody, visitation, and child support? As an attorney, Representative Bryant should be well aware that the consensus by everyone in non-custodial families in Nash and Halifax Counties, including fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and other females in the family is that the procedures in court pit mother and fathers against each other to win custody and this creates decades of emotional abuse for children.

We also want to send a message to Representative Bryant pointing out the statistics on non-custodial families. Given the divorce rate, non-custodial fathers make up 42% of the voting population in North Carolina

and we suspect these figures are consistent in Nash and Halifax Counties. When you then add in just ONE non-custodial family member, then we are talking about a significant population. Additionally, these people are extremely mad at the system and we are finding it very easy to find these people using search engine marketing, social media, and other means to find them and get them united. And, be sure that we are doing that. If you are a non-custodial father or female member of a Halifax or Nash County NC family, then we are sure you identify with THESE ISSUES that we want you to contact Representative Bryant about today. We realize that the linked website is about Wake County but the issues are consistent. Additionally, we want Rep Bryant to understand the nature of our swing vote. The issues outlined also affect African American and Hispanic fathers, grandmother, and step-mothers equally.
