When are Buncombe County NC non-custodial families going to ask Representative Susan Fisher about the fact that NC Child Support Enforcement is making revenue off child support? According to the legislation that birthed enforcement, the Social Security Act Title IV-D Section 458 provides that for every dollar collected in child support via enforcement, the US Federal Govt will give the State of NC TWO dollars to be used at Social Services for low income assistance programs at social services?
