Catawba, Caldwell, and Burke County NC Judges Gregory Hayes and Suzanne Owsley

Judge Gregory HayesJudge Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley are District Court Judges in Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County NC. NC Fathers is a State of NC Organization seeking to reform the NC Family Courts and Social Services Agencies to be less divisive, bias, and more supportive of Equally Shared Parenting for county children. NC Fathers feels that Judge Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley would support this initiative given the numbers of Catawba, Caldwell, and Burke County NC Non-Custodial Families that want to equally parent and have access to their children and who are denied this each and every day in the Family Courts. Also it is important for these two Judges to understand that Non-Custodial Families in these counties make up a significant number of voters who can affect state legislation and social services policies. We are asking Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County Non-Custodial families to join our MAILING LIST so that we can help educate you on the policies of the NC Family Courts and Social Services agencies who have an incentive to alienate non-custodial families from their children. We also ask that you share this article on Judges Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley with your friends, family, and other county non-custodial families on the popular social networking sites to help gain awareness.

Judge Gregory Hayes, Judge Suzanne Owsley and Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County Non-Custodial Family Statistics

It is important that Judge Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley understand that Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County NC Non-Custodial families make up around 84% of the voting population in NC. If you are a reader from this county, and you identify with this article, we think it is important for you to recognize that when you factor in Non-Custodial Fathers, Step-Mothers, Paternal Grandmothers, and other extended family members you are essentially a major swing vote and lobby in the State of NC that can end the systematic alienation of children from families like you in one election cycle if you vote on this issue. It is important that you contact your local legislators and on these issues so that they can begin to address Judge Hayes and Judge Owsley. If you are a Non-Custodial Family leaving Judge Hayes or Judge Owsley’s court today and wondering what in the heck just happened, we will be happy to send further data on the process that we believe contributes to the abuses you face with Judges in the NC Family Courts.

Judge Gregory Hayes, Judge Suzanne Owsley and Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County Domestic Violence and Child Support Enforcement

The State of NC needs “Deadbeat Fathers” and MALE Domestic Abusers and high statistics to continue funding for the NC Child Support Enforcement agency and NC Domestic Violence coalition. Be sure that these big government hot button social issues need money for programs, computers, media, employees, services, training, etc…

In the same vein, we ask you to contact Judge Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley to inquire about the federal incentive program with the Social Security Act Title IV Part D that gives back money to the State of NC for INCREASED collection of child support. How do Judges increase child support? Is there a relation to 85% of mothers getting custody and scant visitation awards so that child support can collect greater money? We think so and we encourage Judges Hayes and Owsley to address this with Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County Non-Custodial Families.

Like enforcement of Child Support, Domestic Violence Groups need money and that money would not come if statistics on Domestic Violence were not high. The Domestic Violence Coalition NEEDS male on female violence to continue so that funds roll in. However, this same coalition DENIES that there is a problem with female on male or female on female violence as this would muddy the waters for the special interest groups who would then have to build shelters and develop programs for males. Additionally, there is ample data suggesting that FALSE domestic violence allegations are used by women as a tactical advantage in divorce and child custody matters as Judges have to pander to lobby organizations and grant restraining orders with little or no evidence.

We want to make it VERY clear to Judge Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley that we hear from Non-Custodial Fathers and Female family members about these issues almost hourly.

Judge Gregory Hayes, Judge Suzanne Owsley and Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County Special Interest Groups

Ask Judge Gregory Hayes or Judge Suzanne Owsley who benefits financially from 18 yr long custody battles? Is it possibly Catawba, Caldwell, and Burke County NC lawyers that charge $5000 retainers per incident for 18 years? If the courts remain highly divisive and Judges allow parents to dig up as much dirt on the other to win custody, then it is assured these lawyers will continue to make LOTS of money for 18 years.

Ask Judge Hayes or Judge Owsley how much JUST THIS ONE government contractor who wants federal Title IV-D money to develop, install, and train NC enforcement agencies to use their software program will cost NC taxpayers. Why are Judges Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley not asking that this money be put into a program that teaches two parents to learn to get along, share custody, and mutually benefit their children with resources from both extended families that no amount of enforcement money can ever deliver?

And, why is this money being garnished on the backs of the Non-Custodial family/child relationship Judges?

Look, we have just scratched the surface on the problems with the NC Family Courts and Social Services agencies that need you to secure federal and state funding which keeps you alienated from your children. Please join our MAILING LIST today and share this article with others so we can get Judge Gregory Hayes and Judge Suzanne Owsley on-board with our ideas.
