Judge Theo Nixon and Judge Sean Smith Should Recognize That The Mecklenburg County Courts Are Broken

Judge Sean Smith and Judge Theo Nixon need to hear from Mecklenburg County NC Non-Custodial families that the Family Courts are broken, and the system is built around two parents receiving much different treatment and outcomes that keep them fighting for 18 years. NC Fathers believes that many special interest groups have an financial interest in the Family Courts being so chaotic for families because they will continue to spend retainers on lawyers fighting for something that is never going to happen.

We also encourage you to talk with Judge Sean Smith and Theo Nixon and ask them why Mecklenburg County Judges are generating revenue for Social Services agencies on the back of the non-custodial family/child relationship using NC Child Support Enforcement legislation that provides $2 for every $1 collected to go to social service low income assistance programs. Judge Nixon, is this related to low visitation awards so that enforcement can stay busy collecting funding money? Judge Smith?

Mecklenburg County non-custodial families need to ask Judge Nixon and Judge Smith if they are pandering to the NC Domestic Violence coalition that is a mega lobby in NC and receives mega funding. Judges, is this why you hand our restraining orders like candy on zero or low evidence based allegations to keep purse strings happy? Are these two Judges allowing false domestic violence allegations to slide by so that statistics and funding stay high?

What about Social Services Judge Nixon, if they survive on funding from Mecklenburg non-custodial families, is it possible they deal very harshly with non-custodial fathers and his extended family to maintain funding while letting women in the CPS system off lightly?
