We have no idea how long Judge Robert Rader has been a Judge, or how long he practiced law, but surely he understands that the Family Courts in NC have been extremely divisive for decades. Is any Judge in the Wake County NC Courts stepping back and asking themselves what is going to happen when we alienate other people’s children from them and these 4.5 million paternal grandmothers, fathers, step-mothers, and other paternal family members organize and start voting on this issue? Well, for NC Fathers, that time has come and we are asking you to please help us. We honestly believe that when all members of non-custodial families start yelling at Legislators about these issues, they will make changes.

Where does Judge Robert Rader and other Judges in Wake County NC stand on equal shared parenting, or are they continuing to give non-custodial families the “default” every other weekend? Has anyone asked these Judges WHY?

Has anyone asked Judge Robert Rader why custodial mothers are still today allowed to move children hundreds of miles away from you? Why?

Has anyone asked Judge Robert Rader why custodial mothers get excessive social services assistance to make financial ends meet, yet non-custodial families have to visit their son/husband/nephew in Jail when times get hard? And, why are Wake County NC non-custodial families PAYING for the low income assistance programs (See Social Security Act Title IV Part D in our article to Judge Ned Mangum ) and for custodial mothers to have FREE child support enforcement attorneys when we have to secure $5000 in retainers for private lawyers?

Is anyone going to ask Judge Robert Rader, or ANY Judge in the Wake County District and Family Courts why non-custodial families are feeding software developers at the expense of not being ALLOWED to have equal access to your children (see “child support enforcement services” in our article on Judge Ned Mangum) ?

Here is the bottom line for Judge Rader, the Wake County NC Courts, and legislators; NC non-custodial families equal about 4.5 million voters in NC. This includes EVERYONE in the immediate paternal family who ALL hurt equally. Do you REALLY think that Senator Richard Burr, Senator Kay Hagan, or someone like Representative Deborah Ross will be able to survive turning their backs on this number of voters even if they do not agree with the reform?

Does Judge Robert Rader, or any Judge at the Wake County Family Courts realize that Wake County NC non-custodial families are a massive swing vote? Think about it, non-custodial families come from men and women in African American families, Hispanic families, Asian families, and Caucasian families. Surely Judge Rader will notice the importance of swing voters ESPECIALLY in Wake County?
