Judge Christine Walczyk and the Wake County NC District and Family Court

Wake County NC non-custodial families surely know that the Wake County NC District and Family Courts are broken, but does Judge Christine Walczyk? If not, we ask that our readers and Judge Walczyk click on the red and blue graphic below to see an extensive list of issues non-custodial families face in the Family Courts. NC Fathers wants to make it very clear that many of these issues routinely alienate paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and fathers from their minor children and prevent equal access, parentage, and nurturing by us compared to custodial families.

NC Fathers asks that Judge Christine Walczyk and other Judges in the Wake County NC courts to address Wake County non-custodial families and explain why there is so much division and dramatic differences in what custodial parents get after a ruling compared to non-custodial families.

NC Fathers hopes that Judge Christine Walczyk will consider and encourage other Judges and Legislators to adopt EQUAL shared parenting as the STARTING POINT in all Family Court matters as this organization believes that two EQUAL parents and their extended families brings more NATURAL SUPPORTS to children that ANY big government agency of software company will ever bring.

Judge Christine Walczyk, Funding of Wake County NC Social Services, and Potential for Abuse and Bias

Are you prepared to ask Judge Christine Walczyk and other Judges in the Wake County NC District and Family Court WHY you are funding social services low income assistance and software database initiatives? To us this is just a slap in the face to build child support enforcement up as a program to “help the kids”, but then find out it is really just a back handed big government program that is generating revenue for special interest groups and politically motivated pet projects. What are your thoughts on this Judge Walczyk?

Hopefully Judge Christine Walczyk realizes that social services has 100% immunity for any illegal or dangerous decisions they make, and trust us when social services makes biased or bad decisions, it can have devastating consequences for families and children. Is Judge Walczyk at all concerned that if Wake County NC non-custodial families are a money source for social services, is there a significant incentive in place for this agency to deal very heavy handed with non-custodial families while dealing lightly with custodial families? And, when you add in no accountability, this scares this organization. Judge Walczyk, is immunity for social services simply a legislative tactic to protect low income assistance funds? Judge Walczyk why can the Judicial Standards Commission sanction you, but a everyday social services CPS worker has full rein to act or use biased rationale in their daily work without recourse?

Where does Judge Christine Walczyk’s political party affiliation stand on low income assistance programs?

Judge Christine Walczyk and Wake County NC Non-Custodial Families

How will Judge Christine Walczyk and other Judges in the Wake County NC Courts deal with Wake County non-custodial families when they are a united lobby in their own right and stand prepared to vote on these issues we discuss in this article? For decades, non-custodial families have not had their own lobby organization that talks with legislators and Judges about problems we face and want addressed in the NC legislature. NC Fathers wants to make it VERY clear that the special interest groups who make tons of money and derive significant political power have well entrenched lobby groups talking to Judges and Representatives daily. If you do not have someone at that table, then who do you think has their ear?

Does Judge Christine Walczyk realize that non-custodial families in NC equal 4.5 million voting African American fathers and women of paternity? Also, that these families consist of Hispanic, Asian, and Caucasian fathers and women of paternity? Does this not make us a significant swing vote Judge Walczyk? Is your political party affiliation hearing the needs of Wake County non-custodial families?

  1. Judge Christine Walczyk is NOT a fair judge to non custodial parents. She is biased and terrible. She is unethical in her decisions.

  2. Judge Walczyk favors fathers. She will throw the mother under the bus to not get slapped with “bad talk” about her. She needs to get her head on straight and think about the children, not about the politics. To take a mothers children from her because a father and his “new” wife lie to make the mother look bad, is absolutely wrong. A judge should be smarter than that. Knowing fathers talk crap about the mother to get custody.

    • WOW, so Mothers never talk any crap? Or Lie? And it isn’t your child, it’s both of your children. I think I see why you lost custody.

  4. I got divorced, with 2 kids, moved out and ended up finding someone new fairly quickly. My ex- wife has a very good attorney, and a rich uncle who ended up paying my lawyer more than I did to get him to let me get screwed, so he did. Now I have lost tons of money, finally hired a good attorney, and I am stuck under Walczyk’s reign of terror. I am fairly convinced, she is also being paid to bury me. I have been respectful at all times in her presence, and have not given any reason to have pre-conceived notions of my character. It is clear that in NC especially, whoever has the most money has the advantage, and this is wrong. These judges, in all counties/states, should be exposed to routine checks into their communications, and to whom they are communicating with. Some of them are very dirty, and Christine Walczyk, is one of the dirtiest. I am involved in an on-going case of harassment from my ex and her attorney, and they have Walczyk on their side, I am screwed for the most part, and am left to decide if I give into the black-male from the plantiff’s attorney, or risk Walczyk putting me in jail for absolutely minior issues with all monies owed paid completely up to date. I would say what my support payments are but everyone would think I am making $250,000/yr given the true numbers, but I actually only make about $50,000 and have to kill myself to make that.
There are not equal rights in NC for both parents, money is king, judge walczyk is currupt, NC needs help from the legislature to start providing level playing fields for both parties, unless good reason exists to lean one way or the other, not just becuase you are both females and Walczyk is a bleeding heart liberal.
