Clearly, Judge Andrea Dray should not be surprised to learn that non-custodial families in Buncombe County NC think that the Family Courts are broken, and seemingly are built around politics, funding of special interest groups, and State Agencies.

Judge Dray, do you have any thoughts on the data just presented showing that social services gets $2 for every $1 collected in child support via the Social Security Act Title IV Part D? Judge, can you imagine non-custodial families anger and shock when they learn that child support enforcement is not “about the children” and is a big government funnel for funding to special interest groups? Also Judge, do these special interest groups help with state and judicial elections?

Is Judge Andrea Dray concerned that if social services is the recipient of major federal funding at the hands of Buncombe County NC non-custodial families, is there a VERY SERIOUS door open for social services to deal with these families in overly intrusive ways? What about the fact that this agency has 100% immunity Judge Dray? Does this concern you at all when you wrap it all up into a nice package? Does Judge Dray REALLY believe that social services would NOT do bad things to secure massive funding?

Will Buncombe County NC non-custodial families ask Judge Andrea Dray why they are funding software companies and their employees on the back of paying increased child support and inability to get equal visitation?

No doubt Judge Dray has some questions to answer for Buncombe County NC families before the next elections, and should reach out to her political party and see if they to have any thoughts on these issues as well.

  1. Judge Dray ruled very fairly in my case. I read this site before my case and was
nervous. You determine your own destiny. Focus on your kids. Don’t be fake. Be real. Testify with integrity. Admit your faults. Humility wins. Focus on your kids. Judge Dray will see the authenticity in your heart.

    • Jon thanks for your insights on Judge Andrea Dray. Despite our website’s negative tone, we do like to hear when Judges rule fairly for Fathers because quite frankly for the past century they haven’t. We are ALL to happy to give positive feedback when we hear about it.

Just out of curiosity, what were you asking for and what was the outcome?

  2. Are there any lawyers who might possibly help us fight repeated “negligences” by Judge Dray? We have been battling the right for my ex wife to follow the rules of the custody orders, which she has violated numerous times. My ex wife has been withholding visitation and now in the process of building a gap in my relationship with my daughter. My ex wife has failed to show to the past couple of court dates, and yet NOTHING has been done to my ex wife. Meanwhile I don’t get to see my daughter and fear I’m loosing my relationship with her. Please help.

  3. She may be an honest judge with the inclination to find the facts and deal with them compassionately, in the best interest of the children. I do not know. However, if she’s like most of the judges in her hive of judges, however, she’s a crook. Among the crooks in the Buncombe County District Court are Calvin Hill, Edwin Clontz, Julie Kepple, Patty Kaufmann-Young, and Susan Dotson-Smith. The reason why I say this is that I have a lot of experience with these people, I was biological father of three children, and I used to practice law in Buncombe County. Buncombe’s courthouse is infested with a swarm of the vilest crooks imaginable, including its clerk and superior court judges. That said, I don’t know if Andrea is a crook or not. I suspect, though, that she is. There are too many rotten apples in this barrel.
