Before proceeding, we ask that our readers and Judge Jacqueline Brewer click on the red and blue graphic below, and under the child support enforcement section read the part about the Social Security Act Title IV Part D Section 458 entitled “INCENTIVE PAYMENTS TO STATES”. As you will see in this legislation Judge Brewer, the State of NC is securing $2 for every $1 collected in child support to help offset social services low income services and programs. However, we have a significant problem with the work “INCENTIVE”. Again, in reading the legislation, the USA federal government is basically telling the State of NC that if they collect MORE in child support, then there is an incentive… more money back to the State. Thus, the State of NC NEEDS NON-CUSTODIAL parents to be paying child support… or rather INCREASING amounts of child support so that they can get greater revenue.

NC Fathers is asking Judge Jacqueline Brewer why there seems to be so many special interest groups making money off child support enforcement and is this why there is so much emphasis placed on this program because of the powerful lobby groups who want their agendas met?

NC Fathers can assure Judge Brewer that as Wake County NC non-custodial families learn more about about this they will not be happy, and they should not be. No agency, special interest groups, or political entity should be making money off of the systematic alienation of children from non-custodial families Judge.

Will Wake County NC non-custodial family voters ask Judge Brewer to stop this practice and deliver equal shared parenting to Wake County NC children so that they have two equal parents and extended families that brings more to the table for children than any enforcement agency or software program will ever bring?

It is imperative that NC’s 4.5 million voting non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and other family members send a message to Judge Jacqueline Brewer of the Wake County NC Court and let her know we are tired of being a revenue stream for social services agencies, special interest groups that want Title IV-D money, and political aspirations. Judge Brewer must also understand that African American, Hispanic, and Asian fathers and WOMEN in the paternal family understand that this issue affects them equally.

Surely Judge Brewer and other Judges across NC understand that when 4.5 million voters in this State who these issues affect DAILY start talking with Legislators and Senators about this, things will change?

Will Judge Jacqueline Brewer look Wake County NC non-custodial families in the eye at the next election and tell them that their importance in kids lives is a revenue generator for social services and other special interest and this is why they only need visitation 4-5 days a month?

Judge Jacqueline Brewer and Wake County NC Department of Social Services Funding and Significant Potential for Abuse

Does Judge Jacqueline Brewer, and other Judges in the Wake County NC Family Courts have any concern that if Wake County NC non-custodial fathers and families are a revenue stream for social services, is there a dangerous INCENTIVE (there is that word again Judge) for them to develop policies and procedures for agency staff to deal aggressively with these families while working lightly with custodial families?

Judge Brewer, our organization is very sure that if you were in a court room and discovered an agency who had an incentive to deal with you harshly, and we only gave you 4 days a month visitation and made you start paying child support, which opened up more funding for the agency that had the incentive, you would be livid.

Will Judge Brewer understand that Wake County NC non-custodial families are livid?

Does Judge Jacqueline Brewer have ANY concern that since social services has 100% immunity for any illegal acts committed on anyone in Wake County NC, and you add in the funding angle, that there exists a clear and very dangerous situation for non-custodial families?
