The first question NC Fathers has for Judge Bradley “Brad” Allen Sr and Judge James Roberson is why is the State of NC generating revenue for low income assistance participants in the Alamance County Department of Social Services on the back of Burlington, NC non-custodial families not being able to get equal visitation? NC Fathers hopes that visitation awards in the Alamance County Courts are not being decided around social services funding. Our second question for Judge Bradley “Brad” Allen Sr, Judge James Roberson, and other Judges in the Alamance County NC District Court is why are there SO many special interest groups that are making money off the division in the family courts? Is the reason that Alamance County NC non-custodial families continue to be denied equal parentage and access to their children simply revolving around money, politics, and power?
Judge Bradley Allen Sr cannot deny that the Administrative Offices of the Courts have a policy of no presumption for who gets custody of a child, yet their OWN statistics show women get custody 85% of the time. This sure sounds like presumption to us Judge. Can Judge James Roberson deny that if 85% of African Americans were STILL not allowed to vote in 2011 that there would be a problem?
NC Fathers hears a lot about “absent fathers”. Judges all over NC talk about irresponsible fathers who do nothing for their children. Our next question is for Judge James Roberson, are you sure this is all fathers fault? Because we hear a lot from our readers that Judges in Alamance County NC still allow custodial mothers to move children hundreds of miles away from non-custodial families, and that they only give 4-5 days visitation a month. How are we supposed to be active?
Can Judge Bradley Allen Sr explain why Alamance County NC paternal grandmothers and step-mothers have to visit their sons/husbands in jail when financial hard times hit, but when custodial parents get into financial hardship, there is extensive medical, educational, housing, and financial assistance to make financial ends meet?
Surely neither Judge Bradley Allen Sr or Judge James Roberson will be able to look Burlington and Alamance County NC non-custodial families in the eye and say the Courts are equal?

Surely Judge Allen and Roberson recognized the historical nature of the Family Courts that have left non-custodial families angry, frustrated, and resentful?
