Judge Camille Banks-Payne Should Recognize That The Forsyth County NC District and Family Courts Are Broken

Judge Camille Banks-Payne needs to hear from Forsyth County NC Non-Custodial families that the Family Courts are broken, and the system is built around two parents receiving much different treatment and outcomes that keep them fighting for 18 years. NC Fathers believes that many special interest groups have an financial interest in the Family Courts being so chaotic for families because they will continue to spend retainers on lawyers fighting for something that is never going to happen.

We also encourage you to talk with Judge Camille Banks-Payne and ask her why Forsyth County NC Judges are generating revenue for Social Services agencies on the back of the non-custodial family/child relationship using NC Child Support Enforcement legislation that provides $2 for every $1 collected to go to social service low income assistance programs. Judge Banks-Payne, is this related to low visitation awards so that enforcement can stay busy collecting funding money?

Forsyth County NC non-custodial families needs to ask Judge Camille Banks-Payne if she is pandering to the NC Domestic Violence coalition that is a mega lobby in NC and receives mega funding. Judge, is this why you hand our restraining orders like candy on zero or low evidence based allegations to keep purse strings happy? Is Judge Camille Banks-Payne allowing false domestic violence allegations to slide by so that statistics and funding stay high?

What about Social Services Judge Banks-Payne, if they survive on funding from Forsyth County non-custodial families, is it possible they deal very harshly with non-custodial fathers and his extended family to maintain funding while letting women in the CPS system off lightly?

The Good News, and news we do not think Judge Camille Banks-Payne wants us to tell you is that when you add up all non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts and uncles, and all members of the non-custodial families, then you have a major voting block of people that NO Judge or Legislator can turn their back on. We also suspect that Judge Banks-Payne will not tell you that the policies and procedures at the Family Courts and with Social Services will change on a dime when millions of non-custodial families start affecting elections.
