Judge William Graham Jr, Judge David Sipprell and the Forsyth County NC Family Courts

Judge David Sipprell and Judge William Graham Jr should not be shocked to learn that for Forsyth County NC non-custodial families, the Family Courts are broken and built around a system that alienates them from their children. NC Fathers asks that our readers, Judge Graham, and Judge Sipprell click on the red and blue graphic below to get an extensive list of problems we feel hurt non-custodial families every day.

Furthermore, NC Fathers is asking Judge David Sipprell and Judge William Graham Jr why a system like equal shared parenting does NOT work, and why this system is not already in place? Surely both Judges recognize that the current system is setup so that two parents fight in court in order to “win” custody and we believe this sets the stage for two decades worth of animosity and anger between these two parents. Also, we believe that this fighting is expensive given that lawyers charge $5000 retainers per incident and this money would be best spent on Forsyth County NC children.

Additionally, NC Fathers is asking Judge David Sipprell and Judge William Graham Jr to explain to Forsyth County NC non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and other family members WHY they are funding social services initiatives and feeding software developers and other contractors who get Title IV-D money?

Lastly, NC Fathers would like to see Judge David Sipprell, Judge William Graham Jr, and other Judges in the Forsyth County NC District and Family Courts to explain to Winston-Salem and Forsyth County NC non-custodial families why they do NOT believe that Forsyth Department of Social Services has an incentive to be overly aggressive and harsh with these families given that they are a major source of funding for this agency that has 100% immunity?

Judge William Graham Jr, Judge David Sipprell and Forsyth County NC Non-Custodial Family Voters

NC Fathers would like to remind Judge David Sipprell and Judge William Graham Jr that Forsyth County NC non-custodial families are a significant base of voters that come from all ethnic backgrounds, and contain many women in these families that get equally hurt in the divisive family courts. What is going to happen when NC’s 4.5 million voters from non-custodial families unite and use their “natural lobby” ability to reform the courts Judges?

NC Fathers strongly encourages Forsyth County NC non-custodial families to reach out to Judge David Sipprell, Judge William Graham Jr, and other Judges in the Forsyth County NC Courts to lobby for, and bring presumption for equally shared parenting in all Family Law cases so that children gain more resources and opportunities from BOTH parents and their extended families than the current divisive system will ever bring.
