Has anyone in Forsyth County NC asked either Judge Victoria Roemer or Judge Laurie Hutchins if they support equally shared parenting for Winston-Salem NC children? Surely Judge Hutchins and Judge Roemer recognize the greater resources and opportunities brought to children from two equal parents and maternal/paternal extended families than any amount of federal enforcement, software company, or going bankrupt at the hands of lawyers will bring?

Will either Judge Victoria Roemer or Judge Laurie Hutchins explain to Forsyth County NC non-custodial paternal grandmothers, fathers, step-mothers, and other family members why they were led to believe that child support enforcement is simply a program to help provide financial help to children in broken families, when they now see that is a revenue generation program for social services low income assistance programs, software developers, and other special interest groups?

NC Fathers wants to know from either Judge Roemer or Judge Hutchins if there is any correlation to low visitation awards for Forsyth County NC non-custodial families and the need to fund social services or political motivation?

And lastly, we have to ask Judge Victoria Roemer why Forsyth County NC are even funding these special interest groups on the back of them not being ALLOWED to have equal parentage and access to their children? What about you Judge Laurie Hutchins?

  1. Judge Laurie Hutchins of Forsyth County presided over most of my initial child custody cases. I have case details and final orders in front of me right now. I will be happy to turn copies of these over to you after I have consulted with my attorney who handle the case back in 2000. For now I can tell you this much; evidence was presented that my son had been living, through the consent of his mother, with an abusive alcoholic boyfriend; a man with a criminal background and a violent past. My son’s mother had just been attacked by him at the time (pictures shown to the judge). The boyfriend had been removed from the house at the request of my son’s mother. The police had been called to my son’s primary residence many times that same year for domestic violence (in all cases noting in the police reports that both mother and boyfriend had been under the influence of alcohol). All of this had been confirmed by my son’s mother, who promised the judge the relationship was over.
Hutchins first ordered that the boyfriend not be found in the presence of my son under penalty of contempt, and that under those circumstances my son’s mother would retain primary custody.
Two weeks later I brought video and documented evidence before Justice Hutchins that the boyfriend had not only returned, but that the mother had immediately after the last hearing indeed married the very same man she had proclaimed to be so violent.
My son’s Mother confirmed this too at the contempt hearing taunting both me and the judge right there in the court room saying “she have the right to marry anyone she wanted.”
It was an out of body experience I will never forget. My throat gets soar every time I think about it. A doctor told me this happens because of the body’s urge to scream is not being responded to. Under Justice Hutchins my son’s mother retained primary custody of my son, and her new husband was allowed to stay in the house with my son.
Does any of this answer your question?
