Alamance County Social Services Bias

Alamance County Department of Social Services and NC Child Support Enforcement

Before we begin our article on the Alamance County Department of Social Services, it is important for the reader to click on the red and blue graphic below to get a disturbing list of issues we feel exists in the NC Family Courts.

NC County Court

Never, EVER let another Judge or Legislator tell you that there is not any serious problems with the family courts, and let these problems be the source of your decision to join our organization.

Additionally, never, EVER, let ANYONE at the Alamance County Department of Social Services tell you that the agency is not biased in dealing with Alamance County non-custodial families. In reading the links to the Social Security Act Title IV Part D Section 458 entitled “INCENTIVE payments to States”, it is clear that NC Child Support Enforcement is not simply a good government agency that provides financial assistance to children from broken homes. Contained in this legislation is language that ensures that for EVERY $1 collected in child support VIA enforcement, the State of NC gets back $2 for use at NC county social services agencies to replenish low income services. So what is the “incentive” and why did they name it that? The incentive is to collect as much child support as possible, and in return more money will be delivered from federal coffers to US States to deal with dwindling Medicaid, TANF, and other assistance programs. So how can NC county social services agencies collect more child support? The only way this can happen is if non-custodial parents and their families spend as less time as possible (overnights) with their children so that child support awards can be maximized. And, that they never receive joint custody or shared parenting as this would low child support.

If you clicked on the red and blue graphic, you also saw JUST ONE of the government contractors who wants to work for the federal office of child support enforcement and implement their software into the Alamance County Department of Social Services to streamline the job of collecting child support. How much do you think this software costs to research and develop, built, train, and implement into NC county social services agencies statewide? At our level, we will never know, but you can bet it was a pretty penny!

So as a Alamance County NC non-custodial family, how do you feel knowing that your child support payments are ensuring that low income assistance programs are maintained, and that you are putting food on the plate of software companies and their employees?

The point we are trying to make is that when you viewed the data contained by clicking the graphic above, you saw a large amount of agencies and special interest groups that have their hands in federal money, who make money from the divisive nature of the family courts and social services agencies, and who lobby Legislators and Judges on a daily basis. NC Fathers wants readers to understand that there is a LARGE groups of very powerful, well entrenched, and politically motivated groups who NEED you to remain non-custodial families and pay large amounts of child support so that money can flow. And, we think the Alamance County Department of Social Services is one of them.

Be sure, this is why you do NOT see your children as much, have the ability to equally parent, and have access to them compared to custodial parents and families.

Before we begin approach the relationship to Domestic Violence and the Alamance County Department of Social Services, it is important for us to make the point that when we talk about feminism, we are not talking about ALL women. We are ONLY talking about the most radical wing of the feminist movement that has NO use for MALES or WOMEN who are related to MALES and love them.

NC Fathers thinks that Domestic Violence in NC is an insidious problem. The problem though is that the NC Domestic Violence Coalition is ONLY concerned about MALE on FEMALE violence despite new statistics that show women hit and use aggression to control just as much as men hit and use control. Also, there is growing evidence that FEMALE on FEMALE violence in domestic relationships is set to broach the same figures. NC Fathers concern is that ONLY MALE on FEMALE violence gets attention, and this sets the stage for non-custodial fathers and women of paternity to be targets of rogure NC County social services agencies.

Like child support enforcement, domestic violence is a hot button social issue that gets a lot of attention from Legislators and Judges who have hung their political aspirations on this issue. Additionally, domestic violence has it’s own MEGA funding structure, lobby groups, and special interest groups that make sure social services, Legislators, and Judges deal harshly with MALE on FEMALE violence only. In essence, these lobby groups and special interest groups NEED for domestic violence to exists so that funding rolls in.

Because of the political nature of domestic violence, we think that FALSE allegations that proceed to conviction is rampant in the courts and this leads to non-custodial families being IMMEDIATELY alienated from their children for up to a year. Also, we hear DAILY from women of paternity who tell us of stories where women use FALSE allegations in court as a tactical advantage to gain favor in custody hearings.

But where does the Alamance County Department of Social Services fit in? All NC County Social Services agencies have domestic violence programs, services, and ties to WOMEN shelters. How are these programs and services going to be funded if men are not found to be offenders? Is it possible that social services approaches all allegations as truth due to needed funding? We think so.

Also, we want our readers to do TWO Google searches. Please copy and paste the BOLD search strings into Google: site:.edu “social services” AND feminism OR feminist and site:.gov “social services” AND feminism OR feminist

These two searches represent articles at JUST educational/university websites and US government websites that have data showing a clear relation to feminism and social services. With this in mind, READ THIS and THIS.

So if the Alamance County Department of Social Services is the recipient of MEGA funding from child support enforcement and domestic violence initiatives for low income assistance and women, is there a CLEAR incentive to deal very aggressively with non-custodial fathers and families, while dealing very lightly with custodial mothers who are the consumers of services? We very much think so. And, we think that NC County social services directors who have their eyes on funding develop policies and procedures that keep this in mind.

Our other concern is that NC County Social Services agencies have 100% IMMUNITY from any illegal or wrong acts they commit on families and children. And trust us, when social services gets it wrong, it can be very devastating.

Our concern is that when you combine immunity with federal money, you have the stage set for systematic bias and abuse.

Alamance County Department of Social Services and Burlington, NC Non-Custodial Families

The good news is that the Alamance County Department of Social Services, Judges, and Legislators will not be able to survive the MINUTE that MILLIONS of NC non-custodial families from African American, Hispanic, Asian, Caucasian and other ethnic fathers and the women in paternal families start using the natural lobby of voters to talk with elected officials to END this glaring potential bias and abuse. NC County social services agencies SHOULD NOT be deriving funding from non-custodial families, and they should NOT have immunity for any wrong doing.
