Judge J Gary Dellinger - Catawba County NC District and Family Court

Judge  J Gary Dellinger and the Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County NC District and Family Court

Before going any further, we ask our readers and Judge  J Gary Dellinger to click on the red and blue graphic below to get a significant understanding of the many issues we believe exists in the Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County District Court that keeps Hickory, NC area non-custodial families alienated from their children.

NC County Court

With respect to NC Child Support Enforcement and NC Domestic Violence policies in the Catawba County NC Court, there is a NEED for delinquent child support “Deadbeat Dads” and domestic violence offenders to EXISTS so that special interest groups can yell loudly and get federal and state funding for their pet agendas. And, we think that this is dangerous for Caldwell County NC non-custodial families because you make funding happen. Our concern is that Judge  J Gary Dellinger and the Catawba County NC Family Courts are CREATING these fathers so that they can stay in the good graces of lobby groups and special interest groups who have so much power over state and judicial elections.

If Judge J Gary Dellinger clicked on the red and blue graphic above, he would see that the US Federal Government by way of the Social Security Act Title IV Part D is giving the State of NC social services agencies ONE dollar in REVENUE for every child support dollar they collect. And, this money usually goes back to social services agencies to replenish low income assistance programs. More on this HERE.

Also, if Judge  J Gary Dellinger clicked on the red and blue graphic above, he would see just ONE of the government contractors who wants Title IV-D money to build their specialized software at Child Support Enforcement.

Our question to Judge Dellinger is why are there so many agencies and people getting Title IV-D child support enforcement contracts that Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County NC non-custodial families are paying for? Judge Dellinger, why are these families not getting equal shared parenting instead of making these contractors rich? Judge J Gary Dellinger, is there any relation to low visitation awards for non-custodial fathers and families so social services can stay afloat?

Surely Judge  J Gary Dellinger and other Judges in the Hickory NC courts hear the word “absent father” used so frequently. Judge, how can fathers NOT be absent when you are allowing custodial mothers to move our children hundreds of miles away from us, or only give us 4 days a month visitation with our children? Are Judges really the problem?

Judge Dellinger, why are paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and other family members visiting their sons/husbands/nephews in jail when they cannot make financial ends meet in this devastating economy, when custodial mothers are given extensive housing, education, financial, medical, and income tax credits and assistance to make financial ends meet?

Can Judge J Gary Dellinger or ANY Judge in the Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County NC Courts look non-custodial families in the eye and say they get a fair shot in the NC Family Courts?

Judge J Gary Dellinger and Catawba, Burke, and Caldwell County NC Non-Custodial Family Voters

Judge J Gary Dellinger should be aware of NC Fathers Goal. Our intention is to reach ALL paternally related females in non-custodial families who get equally devastated in the NC Family Courts, and educate them on the politics surrounding the Family Courts and Social Services agencies that is keeping them from equal access to their grandchildren, step-children, and nieces and nephews.

Judge J Gary Dellinger should already be aware that African American, Hispanic, Asian, and Caucasian Fathers know of the diversity in the Family Courts.

NC Fathers plans on uniting both of these groups of family members around this cause, and start using their voting numbers of 4.5 million to talk with Legislators at the State and Federal Level.

NC Fathers hopes that Judge J Gary Dellinger and other Judges in Catawba County are aware that the Catawba County Department of Social Services has 100% immunity from civil lawsuits for ANY illegal or bias they may commit on Hickory NC non-custodial families. Additionally Judge Dellinger, since these families are such a significant funding source for social services programs, is there a dangerous door open for abuse when you tie together this immunity and funding? We certainly hope that the answer is yes because we receive TONS of contact daily about this. And Judge, we know this is not an issue with custodial families because they are the consumers of services at the agency.

Will Judge J Gary Dellinger look Caldwell County NC non-custodial families in the eye and say this does not happen?
