Judge Laura Devan should also recognize that it is our belief that many of the special interest groups that benefit financially from two parents fighting for 18 years and paying retainers also lobby Judges in Cumberland County NC. Judge Devan, are you one of them?

  1. The ” honorable” Judge Devan quit my sexually & physically abused sisters court case simply because she didn’t want to deal with it. She turned jurisdiction over to Hawaii, whom then decided to send the child back to abusive mother without even reviewing documentation. Justice was served huh?
