Will Judge William Hunter explain to Guilford County NC non-custodial families why they have to secure private attorneys at $5000 per child support enforcement review, and custodial mothers get an attorney for free? Will Judge Hunter also tell these families that this attorney is paid FREE via language in the Social Security Act Title IV Part D Section 458 which gives the State of NC and Social Services agencies $2 for every one dollar collected in child support collection?

Will Judge William Hunter concede that Guilford County NC non-custodial families will be pretty ANGRY to learn that Welfare Recipients get money from these families child support payments which is directly related to low visitation awards (great child support == more funding)?

Judge Hunter, as a man, you are well aware that many people and agencies in NC speak of a severe “absent father” problem, yet it is clear that Judges in Guilford County allow custodial mothers to move hundreds of miles away with our children. Are non-custodial fathers REALLY the only problem Judge Hunter?

Can Judge Pete Hunter explain why many non-custodial fathers are called “Deadbeat” when they want more time with their children, but many Judges and mothers say this is just an attempt to pay less child support. IN THE SAME VEIN Judge Hunter, we are called Deadbeat when we are absent. Judge, how can we be Deadbeat when we want more time AND when we don’t?
