Beaufort County Department of Social Services and Non-Custodial Family Voters

The Beaufort County Department of Social Services, Legislators, and Judges will most certainly stand up and take notice when 4.5 MILLION voters in NC start demanding reform and changes to the NC Family Courts and Social Services agencies that historically have dealt wrongly with Beaufort County NC non-custodial families.

It is important to remember that non-custodial families are one of the largest voter bases in NC, and that they come from African American, Caucasian, American Indian, Hispanic, Asian, and other ethnic backgrounds. This could be a non-custodial paternal grandmother, step-mother, paternal aunt, a now adult child of a non-custodial family, or father. The Beaufort County Department of Social Services WILL revamp their policies and procedures when Beaufort County NC families join with us and allow us to build a central repository of non-custodial voter families who have had enough being treated like a second class visitor family who only deserves 4 days a month visitation with their children. And, it is utterly sick that NC County Department of Social Services uses our child support as a means to help low income assistance services and programs.

Beaufort County Department of Social Services and their Absolute Immunity

NC Fathers believes that the Beaufort County Department of Social Services protection from ANY civil lawsuit because of their absolute immunity is outrageous and dangerous. Especially when dealing with Beaufort County NC non-custodial families for whom they derive so much funding for. NC Fathers hears DAILY from NC non-custodial families all over NC complaining about NC County Department of Social Services agencies make wildly negligent, illegal, and harmful decisions especially in CPS cases. Are you one of them? MAILING LIST.

Not only does Social Services has immunity, staff working for social services typically do not have professional degrees in which their licensure boards can sanction them independently. The bottom line is that once we have the numbers to start affecting legislation, NC Senators and Representatives will hear from NC Fathers that immunity at the Beaufort County Department of Social Services needs o end.

Beaufort County Department of Social Services, NC Child Support Enforcement Funding, and Domestic Violence Problems

Before we start this section on the Beaufort County Department of Social Services and it’s relation to child support enforcement, we will remind you that THIS ARTICLE goes into detail on this section.

Pursuant to the Social Security Act Title IV Part D Section 458, all NC County Department of Social Services agencies get TWO dollars back from the federal government for every ONE dollar collected in child support via enforcement and use this money to help low income participants at social services. Yes, you heard that right… because you are not ALLOWED to have equal parentage with your children, and are forced into a federal agency for which you must pay money, Beaufort County NC welfare participants are able to receive services.

And, Beaufort County NC non-custodial families are making LOTS of money available to the many contractors who want to work for the Beaufort County Department of Social Services.

Never let Social Services tell you that child support enforcement is just a program that provides assistance to children from non-custodial Beaufort County NC families.

Like child support enforcement, the Beaufort County Department of Social Services receives MEGA funding to operate domestic violence programs and services. The problem is, the NC Domestic Violence initiative is ONLY focused on MALE on FEMALE violence and we believe that Beaufort County NC non-custodial fathers are a target. How? If NC County Social Services need high statistics on domestic violence to keep the funding rolling in, and men are the only ones that commit domestic violence, does it not make sense to focus on non-custodial fathers since if he loses custody or loses visitation rights, he will pay more to enforcement which will make more funds available to social services?

NC Fathers also believes that Beaufort County NC non-custodial families are WELL aware how custodial mothers are using FALSE domestic violence allegations and restraining orders to win favor in child custody and divorce courts. And, we hear from WOMEN in non-custodial families about this all day long. We suspect that the Beaufort County Department of Social Services and NC Family Court Judges know this as well, but it’s best to just turn their back on it and let it proceed so that funding can continue.

NC Fathers thinks that it is very disturbing that the Beaufort County Department of Social Services is using Beaufort County NC non-custodial families to gain federal and state funding for welfare and other low income assistance programs, especially on the back of the non-custodial/child(ren) relationship. Please consider joining our MAILING LIST and sharing this article on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and other networks so that other NC non-custodial families can learn how NC County Social Services agencies derive funding from them.
