Judge Michael Paul – Beaufort, Washington, Hyde County NC District Court

Judge Michael Paul - Beaufort, Washington, Hyde County NC District CourtJudge Michael Paul of the Beaufort, Washington, Hyde, Martin, and Tyrrell County NC Family and District Court needs to hear from non-custodial families that the division in the Family Courts needs to stop now. NC Fathers is an organization of NC non-custodial families who have had enough of being treated like a second class visitor family who should on have 4-5 days visitation with their children, and being subjected to a federal enforcement agency that is funding Welfare and other Low Income Assistance Programs at Social Services at our expense. Please review our GOALS and join our MAILING LIST so that this organization can start letting NC Legislators and Senators know that we vote, we are equally important in our kids lives, and if these issues are not addressed then they are going to find new jobs. Please consider sharing this article on Judge Michael Paul with other Hyde, Washington, Beaufort, Tyrrell, and Martin County NC non-custodial families on the major social networking sites who we surmise are also ANGRY and ready to build momentum around the issues in this article. Judge Michael Paul also needs to hear that we resent having NC Child Support Enforcement dictate our level of interaction with our children, and that the only way to be responsible with our children is to pay this federal agency. Judge Paul should also recognize our goal of educating Hyde, Washington, Beaufort, Tyrrell, and Martin County NC families that enforcement is a program build around replenishing welfare programs via the Social Security Act Title IV Part D Section 458.

Judge Michael Paul should not be surprised when county voters ask him why welfare recipients are being funded on the back of non-custodial families not be allowed to have EQUAL access and parentage enjoyed by maternal families.

Judge Michael Paul should also start hearing from non-custodial step-mothers and grandmothers asking why they have to visit their husbands/sons in jail when they have a hard time financially, but custodial mothers get immediate housing assistance, educational assistance, medical assistance, dental assistance, financial assistance, and tax incentives to make financial ends meet.

Judge Michael Paul and all Judges in the Hyde, Martin, Beaufort, Washington, and Tyrrell County NC Family Courts that we are tired of spending $5000 in retainer fees with private attorneys each time custodial mothers wants greater child support and uses FREE enforcement attorneys to make this happen.

Again, please click on the read and blue graphic above to get our complete list of rather disturbing issues.
