Polk County Department of Social Services and Families

Polk County Department of Social ServicesNC Fathers believes that the Polk County Department of Social Services is a very dangerous organization to Polk County NC non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts and uncles, and other family members due to how they receive money via child support enforcement. According to the Social Security Act Title IV Part D Section 458, all NC County Department of Social Services Agencies receive TWO Dollars for every ONE dollar collected in child support that they can use to pay for Welfare and other Low Income Assistance Programs. NC Fathers believes that the Director of the Polk County Department of Social Services should not be shocked to find out that Polk County NC non-custodial families are VERY MAD knowing that there is a system in place that needs for non-custodial families to be second class visitor families who pay money t a federal agency and not see their children equally so that Welfare Recipients receive money. After reading this article on the Polk County Department of Social Services, we hope that Polk County NC non-custodial families will extensively share this article with others on the major social networking sites to help educate, organize, and solidify our message that this system of funding social services on the backs of us not being ALLOWED to have equal parentage and access to our children is sick. And, we hope that you will join our MAILING LIST.

Polk County Department of Social Services Immunity and Funding

If the Polk Count Department of Social Services is the recipient of incredible federal and state money via NC Child Support Enforcement and NC Domestic Violence efforts, then it does not take a rocket scientist to understand that social services NEEDS for non-custodial families to exists, not see their children equally so that someone is paying increasing child support, and that sons/husbands/brothers of non-custodial females are labeled as Domestic Violence Offenders so that money can continue to flow in. NC Fathers concern is that all NC County Department of Social Services Agencies help CREATE and MAINTAIN this designation for non-custodial families via CPS investigations so that money can continue to flow in.

NC Fathers also believes that NC District Court Judges in Polk County NC are well aware of this system, and work in tandem with Social Services to make sure this agency is funded.

NC Fathers wants to make it VERY Clear to Polk County NC non-custodial families that despite efforts by Social Services, Judges, and many Legislators who stigmatize you into believing that the ONLY way you can be financially responsible with your children is by paying money to child support enforcement, you are a GREATER provider when you have EQUAL access and parentage of your children. Remember, Social Services and many Polk County NC Judges and Lawyers (continued retainer fees payed by angry parents in a divisive system) have financial considerations to consider.

NC Fathers believes that Polk County NC children from broken homes receive MUCH greater opportunities and resources from having TWO equal parents, and extended families than any amount of efforts by a big government federal agency can help to deliver, and we are sorry if that statement does not fit in well with political aspirations by Lawyers and Judges, as well as funding for NC County Department of Social Services Agencies

It is also very important to note that the Polk County NC Department of Social Services has 100% immunity for any illegal or wrong acts they commit on non-custodial families. NC Fathers believes that immunity for any one is dangerous, but when you factor in an agency that NEEDS you for money, it is phenomenally dangerous.

Polk County Department of Social Services and Non-Custodial Family Voters

Apparently the Polk County Department of Social Services, Judges, and Legislators have forgotten that NC and Polk County NC non-custodial families are a major segment of NC voters given that we represent fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts and uncles, other family members, and friends of our families to see the ungodly situation we are placed in by the NC Family Courts and Social Services Agencies. And, Social Services has apparently forgotten that Polk County NC non-custodial families come from African American, Hispanic, Asian, Caucasian, and all other ethnic backgrounds. And, it would be wrong to not point out that WOMEN in paternal families are equally traumatized by not having equal access to their children compared to custodial families.

Again, let us be VERY clear, the moment that you realize your sheer numbers, and unite together around this issue, Legislators, Judges, and Social Services Directors will be forced into reforming the NC Family Courts and NC County Department of Social Services Agencies to be less about continued funding and they will develop policies and procedures that work to strengthen ALL family members of Polk County NC children instead of the current system that pits two parents against each other so that someone wins custody and the state and federal social services assistance this custodial designation brings.

Please Consider sharing this article on the Polk County Department of Social Services with other Polk County NC non-custodial families and their friends on sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin to help bring greater awareness and insight on this issue.
