Our Message to you is that this historical nature of relegating you to a second class visitor family who only deserves 4 days a month visitation is antiquated and needs to be dealt with in the NC General Assembly. Additionally, our message to Judge Neaves and Judge Key is that we believe Non-Custodial Families in your jurisdiction are going to be VERY ANGRY to learn that their inability to get equal access and parentage of their children and child support payments are helping Welfare and Low Income Recipients have an easier time raising and nurturing their children, while Non-Custodial Families are alienated from theirs.
