NC Fathers is asking Representative Frank Iler and Brunswick County NC readers to click on the RED and BLUE graphic below to get a good idea of what Non-Custodial Fathers, Paternal Grandmothers, Step-Mothers, Paternal Aunts and Uncles, and other Family Members deal with DAILY in the NC Family Courts. When is Representative Iler going to change this?

Representative Frank Iler and Brunswick County NC Non-Custodial Family Dynamics

Does Representative Frank Iler of the NC General Assembly realize the numbers of Fathers, Paternal Grandmothers, Step-Mothers, Paternal Aunts, and other women in these families who are systematically alienated from their children and who live under the stigma of visitor grandmothers/aunt/step-mother who only deserve to have 4 days a month visitation with their children?

Is Representative Frank Iler and the Brunswick County NC Republican Party aware African American and Hispanic Fathers lose custody and are given less visitation with their children after divorce at a greater rate than other ethnic groups? Does Representative Frank Iler realize that NC Child Support Enforcement is twice as likely to come after African American and Hispanic Fathers after Divorce?

Can Representative Frank Iler and the Brunswick County NC Republican Party really afford to alienate and ask this number of family members to be OK with only seeing their kids 4-5 days a month and paying money to a big government enforcement agency which then makes money available to custodial parents?

Representative Frank Iler – Child Support Enforcement, or Equal Parentage?

NC Fathers is asking Representative Frank Iler if he supports the Federal Child Support Enforcement initiative, or equal parentage of Non-Custodial Brunswick County NC families? If you read the red and blue graphic above, you clearly saw where Child Support Enforcement is funding Social Services Welfare and Low Income Assistance Programs. Therefore, it is in the State of NC’s best Interest if Brunswick County NC non-custodial families spend less time with their children so that increased child support can be collected. And, with increased collection of child support, comes greater Social Services Funding.

NC Fathers wants to make it VERY CLEAR to Representative Frank Iler that generating money for social services on the back of non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts, and other family members not being allowed to have equal parentage with their children is very sick.

We surmise that Rep Iler and the Brunswick County NC Republican Party will try to dispel this correlation to social services funding and non-custodial families, so we will send readers to a government run website that spells out the INCENTIVE for the State of NC to support Child Support Enforcement. Please click on the link to the Social Security Act, Title IV, Part D, section 458 suspiciously entitled “INCENTIVE PAYMENTS TO STATES“.

Let us be clear, with equal parentage and more access by non-custodial parents, child support would decrease, thus enforcement figures, thus social security funding. And this legislation is 100% Democrat Legislation.

How do you feel knowing that by you not having equal parentage and access to your children, you are helping Welfare and Low Income Assistance participants enjoy their parentage and access to their children?

Is Representative Frank Iler Pandering To the Womens Rights Groups Who Gain From the Dichotomy in the NC Family Courts?

No doubt, the NC Republican Party and Representative Frank Iler wants to garner greater numbers of female voters. And since women get custody of their children 85% of the time in the NC Family Courts DESPITE the NC Administrative Offices of The Courts telling us that there is NO PRESUMPTION for who gets custody, clearly women (and their lobby organization who help political candidates) benefit from the current Family Court System. This is why we are asking Brunswick NC Women of Paternity and Fathers to turn their back on Rep Iler until he sponsors or supports EQUAL PARENTAGE and EQUAL ACCESS of non-custodial families of their children and stop focusing on how you can use their sons, husbands, and nephews as a way to generate money and keep special interest groups that gain from this happy.
