Judge John Greenlee and Judge James Jackson - Gaston County NC District and Family Court

In clicking on the RED and BLUE graphic below, Judge John Greenlee and Judge James Jackson should not have to be reminded of Gaston County NC non-custodial families ANGER at them and the system that is keeping their children alienated from them. Especially since Judges advocate for a system that is funding Welfare and Social Services Low Income Assistance programs at the expense of Gaston County Families. Is Judge James Jackson and Judge John Greenlee helping Gaston County NC Lawyers and other Special Interest Groups?

NC Fathers believes that there are thousands of Gaston County NC non-custodial families who had to spend $5000 with lawyers in the area who HAD to spend this money to see their children. NC Fathers also believes that NO parent should have to spend money to see their child, and that there is no accountability for this in Gaston County when custodial parents keep kids from their non-custodial families. NC Fathers also believes that when custodial parents break judicial orders, there is typically no accountability. Is Judge James Jackson and Judge John Greenlee protecting special interest groups that have for decades advocated for custodial mothers?

NC Fathers also believes that Judges in Gaston County NC are protecting Lawyers who financially gain from two parenting and their retainer fees that are routinely paid many times over 18 years in a system that encourages parents to fight. Again, neither Judge Greenlee or Judge Jackson should be astonished to learn that Gaston County NC non-custodial families are angered by this.

  1. Your comments are only causing the judges to overlook abuse now by the non custodial father and send the children back over and over to continue being abused in order not to “favor” the mother. Every situation is different and should be looked at individually. Accusing the judges is only breeding dangerous situations for the children.

    • Hi Margaret,
You REALLY think this blog on Judge John Greenlee and Judge James Jackson is causing either Judge to overlook abuse by a parent? This blog does not exist to influence either Judge. The goal of this blog is to get the non-custodial families who hourly get marginalized in the courts, and when they search these Judges out, to join our organization so we can reform people like you who support favor for mothers.

Margaret, please be sure that mothers hit, commit domestic violence, and abuse kids as well.

    • Margaret, the only thing you said that has any validity is that each situation is different. Your logic on accusing the judges being the cause of dangerous situations for the children is absolutely ridiculous. If anything, it is the exact opposite. The judges allow child abuse, in the form of parental alienation, to occur by keeping the non-custodial parent down and not enforcing legal custody agreements. Judge Greenlee refused to file a contempt of court on my ex-wife when she violated the court-ordered custody agreement by withholding visitation. Judges turn the other cheek instead of upholding the law when it benefits the profits of the court system. It is a SHAME! They allow child abuse to continue to occur.

  2. I have been a victim of Judge Jackson, Judge Greenlee, and Judge Hoyle. They have all contributed to the ongoing child abuse my daughter has been a victim of for the last 13 years. They did nothing to help my daughter. They ignored the law for the sake of profit. They refused to enforce a legal custody agreement or to punish my ex with the minimum of a contempt of court for violating it. They are shameful judges who don’t deserve to exist in any capacity in the legal system of NC.

  3. I’ve seen first hand how these ‘judges’ operate due to my daughter being the ‘non-custodial’ parent. The entire system in Gaston County is a joke. They have gone out of their way to allow the custodial parent to get away with WILLINGLY with holding the child. They seem to look for any excuse not to find them in contempt, and when they finally did, they only gave him 10 days in jail —SUSPENDED FOR ONE YEAR. If I didn’t know better, I would almost bet the decision is made BEFORE they step in the court room. Probably doesn’t help that my daughter can’t afford another attorney (the one for custody cost her over $5000 and when she lost, his only comment was ‘you got what you paid for’). Even though she has the evidence, there’s always some little ‘point of the law’ that she misses…..too bad they aren’t concerned with ‘the intent of the law’ instead of ‘every little jot and dittle….’ I will be glad when her child reaches an age where they can have a say in where they live. My sympathy to everyone SCREWED over by the judges in Gaston County.
