NC Fathers is curious what Judge Pennie Thrower, Judge Michael Lands, their respective political affiliations, and other Judges in the Gaston County NC Courts think will happen when Gaston County NC non-custodial fathers from African American, Caucasian, Asian, Hispanic, and other ethnic families unite and start voting with WOMEN in paternal families? And especially now that they know that their child support payments are helping Welfare and Medicaid recipients?

NC Fathers can tell both Judges what will happen. Given that this segment of NC voters equals about 4.5 million votes in NC, Legislators and Judges who need your vote will start telling other lobby groups to take a hike and develop a system of equality that gives Gaston County NC children way more natural supports from two equal parents and their extended families.

NC Fathers asks that our readers, Judge Michael Lands, Judge Pennie Thrower, and other Judges click on the read and blue graphic below to see an exhaustive list of concerns we have that are being used to systematically alienate Gaston County NC families from their children so that others can gain.

NC County Court

Our first question in this section, is to ask Judge Pennie Thrower and Judge Michael Lands if they are aware that NC Social Services agencies get $2 for every $1 they collect in child support that is then used to subsidize Medicaid, TANF, and other services?

Does Judge Michael Lands or Judge Pennie Thrower have any concerns that social services is dealing overly aggressive with non-custodial fathers and families given they are a source for funding that many custodial families use?

Another question for Judge Michael Lands and Judge Pennie Thrower is that… is there any relation to very low visitation awards for Gaston County NC non-custodial families so that child support and accompanying DSS funding can get maximized?

Yet another question for Judge Michael Lands, why are custodial parents given extensive housing, educational, financial, medical, dental, and tax incentives to help make financial ends meet, while non-custodial grandmothers and step-mothers have to go visit non-custodial fathers in jail when they have difficulty making financial ends meet? Can Judge Pennie Thrower answer this?

Judge Thrower, it seems like there are an awful lot of agencies, special interest groups, and lobby organization that make money, get votes, and derive power from the divisive Gaston County NC Family Courts. Is this why 4.5 million non-custodial voting families do not get the same respect that custodial parents get in the District Courts? Judge Lands?
