NC County Court

NC Fathers believes that Judge Jayrene Russell Maness and Judge Scott Etheridge are well aware that the amount of money spent by parents fighting in the NC Family Courts over 18 years is more than double what is reported by State officials in regards to child support arrears. If Judges were concerned about children being financially supported, they need to look in their own system. For example, the usual child custody retainer is $5000 for both parents. That is $10,000 right off the bat. Given that the system is so divisive, it is assured that two parents will fight for 18 years. $10,000 x 18 equals $180,000 from just ONE family. When you multiply this figure times every divorced family in the court system, you have an overwhelming amount of Lawyers making money.

NC Fathers believes that Judge Jayrene Russell Maness and Judge Scott Etheridge are going to be hard pressed in saying that there is no industry in the NC Family Courts where the State of NC, Lawyers in the County, and Special Interest groups are benefiting highly while you the non-custodial family are alienated from your children.
