NC Fathers Rights

Lee County Department of Social Services

Lee County Department of Social ServicesThe Lee County Department of Social Services in NC is a very dangerous agency for Lee County non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts and uncles, and other family members who desire equal parentage and access to their children. NC Fathers is an organization of NC and Lee County NC non-custodial families who wants to Reform the NC Courts and Social Services Agencies so that these organizations strengthen BOTH parents instead of pitting each against each other and deriving funding from one parent (the non-custodial parent, usually a father 85% of the time). Did you know that the Lee County Department of Social Services gets back ONE dollar from the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement for EVERY one dollar they collect in child support that can be used to fund Welfare and Low Income Assistance Programs at Social Services? Are you concerned that the Lee County Department of Social Services, because of their 100% immunity, that this agency will deal very harshly with non-custodial family members so that funding is assured, while dealing lightly with custodial parents who use social services programs? Are you ANGRY knowing that the State of NC, NC Social Services Agencies, Judges, and Legislators have developed this system instead of realizing your importance as equal family members? If so, please review our GOALS and join our MAILING LIST and extensively share this article on the Lee County Department of Social Services with other Lee County NC non-custodial families on sites like Twitter and Facebook.

Lee County Department of Social Services and NC Non-Custodial Families

NC Fathers believes that non-custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, and other family members, from all racial backgrounds, have had enough with the Family Court and Social Services Agencies in NC make biased decisions and discriminate against us for political and funding purposes. No doubt, Administrators with the Lee County Department of Social Services, Judges, and Legislators recognize the sheer numbers of voters that come from entire families that make up just under 50% of the population in communities. The problem is there is no lobby or group looking out for these individuals, while there is for the groups that benefit from divisiveness in the courts and with social services.
