Judge Daniel Finch, Judge John Davis – Granville, Franklin, Vance County NC Court

Judge Daniel Finch, Judge John DavisIt is time that Judge Daniel Finch and Judge John Davis of the Granville, Franklin, and Vance County NC District and Family Courts hear from non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts and uncles, and other family members in these families that we are tired of being treated like marginalized second class visitors to only need 4-5 days a month with our children, and that we are tired of being judged as responsible parents (and extended family) by how much money we pay to a big government federal agency instead of having equal parentage and access to our children. Has anyone asked Judge John Davis and Judge Daniel Finch why the Family Courts are so much about child support, which is also providing money for Welfare and Low Income Assistance programs, instead of a system that gives children BOTH parents and extended families which provide more support for children that any government agency can ever provide. Judge Finch, is the State of NC so addicted to this funding that it needs non-custodial parents and the extended family alienated from their children so that they are paying more into the child support system (and thus making more funding available to social services)? Judge Davis?
