Avery County Department of Social Services in NC – Abuse by Child Protective Services

Avery County Department of Social ServicesNC Fathers believes that the Avery County Department of Social Services and Child Protective Services is abusive and very dangerous to Avery County NC Non-Custodial Fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and paternal aunts and uncles. This article will outline how all NC Department of Social Services Agencies have an incentive to deal very harshly with non-custodial families, and use their 100% legislative immunity for any wrong or bias they have when investigating child protective services complaints. NC Fathers believes that this is centered around federal money social services receives monthly via child support enforcement and domestic violence funding. Our assertion is that the Avery County Department of Social Services has an INCENTIVE financially to make sure non-custodial fathers remain non-custodial and having little visitation with their children so that increased funding from the federal government will continue to flow. We also believe that domestic violence federal funding keeps jobs and infrastructure alive and that NC Social Services desperately needs for there to be a domestic violence problem in NC so that the money continues to roll in.

Avery County Department of Social Services, Federal Child Support Enforcement, and Non-Custodial Families

The Avery County Department of Social Services is 100% dependent on Non-Custodial Families to subsidize Welfare and other Low Income Assistance Programs. According to the Social Security Act, Title IV, Part D, Section 458, the federal government gives back ONE DOLLAR to the State of NC for Social Services programs for every ONE DOLLAR they collect in Child Support. This means if you pay $400 a month in child support, the federal government gives the State of NC $400 for TANF, Food Stamps, and other programs. In essence, the State of NC and Avery County Department of Social Services enjoys you not having equal parentage and access to your children so that you pay a larger payment each money which triggers greater federal funding. Additionally, we also suggest that this is why Child Protective Services in Avery County NC deals very harshly with non-custodial families, while working with custodial families around services to correct any problems within their families.

NC Fathers wonders how non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, and paternal aunts feel about their denial by the NC Family Courts to have equal access to their kids is helping low income parents have an easier time raising their children?

It is also important to remember that the Avery County Department of Social Services and Child Protective Services has complete 100% immunity from any civil action by a non-custodial family when they commit abuse and bias upon them.

Avery County Department of Social Services, The North Carolina Domestic Violence Coalition, and Non-Custodial Families

The State of NC and Department of Social Services Agency in Avery County NC receives HUGE amounts of federal funding for the problem of Domestic Violence. But do not be fooled, NC and Social Services is NOT concerned about Domestic Violence and a whole, just MALE on FEMALE violence. In fact, the NC Domestic Violence Coalition, Judges, and Legislators deny that women hit and use threats to control men. NC Fathers is concerned that because so many jobs and infrastructure is built around Domestic Violence against women, that they need for this problem to exists so that funding continues to roll in. No doubt, the Avery County Department of Social Services and Child Protective Services workers and supervisors have an incentive to dovetail non-custodial men as domestic abusers so that 1) increased funding can continue to flow and 2) these men pay increased child support when they are not allowed to be near their children (which increases funding for social services).

Another issue that Avery County NC non-custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, and paternal aunts face is the new culture of false sexual and physical abuse claims as tactical advantage in Family Court by hopeful custodial mothers who want to get financial, education, medical, and housing assistance from the Avery County Department of Social Services. Anyone every accused of Domestic Violence knows that you are guilty and proven innocent, and that restraining orders on false allegations can be extended for many years, thus preventing the non-custodial family from having any contact with their children.

NC Judges and NC Department of Social Services agencies are doing NOTHING to curtail false domestic abuse allegations in Avery County NC because it is not politically correct to do so, and by allowing a false allegation of abuse to proceed to conviction means increased violence statistics which generates more revenue for social services.

NC Fathers hopes that paternal grandmothers, fathers, step-moms, and other non-custodial family members have a better understanding of the money driven system that exists within the Family Courts and NC Social Services agencies that is designed to keep you alienated from your children so that other groups can benefit financially and politically.
