Judge Martin McGee, Judge Brent Cloninger – Cabarrus County NC District and Family Courts

Judge Martin McGee, Judge Brent CloningerNC Fathers is sending the message to Judge Martin McGee and Judge Brent Cloninger of the Cabarrus County NC District and Family Courts that each time you make a ruling in custody cases where you marginalize a non-custodial FAMILY member to a visitor role five days a month, and who must pay money to a big government agency, you are helping to build our organization’s size. More question for Judge McGee and Judge Cloninger:

  • Judges across the State of NC routinely talk about an “absent father” problem, yet Judges routinely allow custodial mothers to move hundreds of miles away from non-custodial fathers daily. And, we are routinely only given 4 days a month visitation. Will Judge Martin McGee or Judge Brent Cloninger admit that the NC Family Courts have a lot to do with absent fathers.
  • Judges in Cabarrus County NC routinely put fathers in jail when they have financial problems, yet when custodial mothers get into financial difficulty when give them social services financial assistance, housing assistance, educational assistance, and medical assistance. Will Judge Martin McGee or Judge Brent Cloninger admit that this in no way helps children, but furthers the medicaid mentality?
  • Judges in NC routinely say that women are on Medicaid because Fathers do not pay child support. Yet, in 2012 with more enforcement ever in the history of this country, more and more women are on Medicaid. Will Judge Martin McGee or Judge Brent Cloninger admit that custodial mothers use children to get on Medicaid?
  • In NC there is no presumption for who gets custody of a child. This means the Family Courts in Cabarrus County NC are meant to be free of any bias. Yet the Administrative Offices of the Courts tell us 85% of women get custody. With a number like 85% it sure sounds like presumption to us.
  • Will Judge Martin McGee or Judge Brent Cloninger admit that the only people winning in the Family Courts are Lawyers? The average custody battle costs $15,000 PER parent. One custody battle and that is $30,000 and it is reported that parents fight 2-3 in 18 years. Judges in Cabarrus County NC are bitching about children not getting financial assistance when the courts are taking $60,000-$90,000 from their parents?

Look, our organization could go on and on for days about the massive divisivness in the Cabarrus County Courts, but we do not think Judge McGee or Judge Cloninger care. What they will care about is women in paternal families across ALL ethnic backgrounds raising hell with their elected officials. They will stand up and take notice when ALL non-custodial fathers start voting for the other candidate.
