  1. I have been in divorce, ED, and child custody court for the past (4) years with Hamby and Johnson. My experience has been horrible and can’t even comprehend the decisions they’ve made. I want to be involved to help other families to never go through what I did in a positive and informative manner.

  2. I chose not to have custody of my children, but I did want to have a considerable investment in their lives and asked for 10 days a month visitation with them thinking that Judge Hamby would be appreciative that a father wanted to be active. He denied that and gave me three days a month. No domestic violence, no criminal history, no substance abuse.

There is something very wrong with this system.

  3. My son was in front of both Judge Hamby and Judge Johnson and I can tell you that both a VERY anti-father friendly. I was a single mother for years because his father chose not to be active but I was proud of my son wanting to be active in his children’s lives. Judge Hamby allowed to mother to move to California and now my granddaughter has lost half her family.

  5. Both of these Judges are nothing more than a mouthpiece for social services. Anything they ask for they get, I do not even know why we have court. They probably already have their decisions signed before walking from their chambers.

  6. Anti-Father, Anti-Father, Anti-Father, especially Hamby. It’s kind of bizarre to see a Republican Judge so anti-family.
