Wilson County Department of Social Services and Non-Custodial Families

Historically, NC Social Services agencies have provided services to women and children, and there is a lot of data on the Internet from government and educational websites about feminist policies being used at social services. We believe that the Wilson County Department of Social Services is not exempt from this. By no means is this meant to offend women readers who come from non-custodial paternal families, but it may help you understand why things are done. If you are a Wilson County NC non-custodial parent, or someone living in the extended family, we ask that you click on the BLUE and RED graphic below to get a reminder what NC Social Services Agencies, Judges, and Politicians ask us to live with daily. Also, we ask you to pay special attention to links pointing to the Social Security Act, Title IV-D funding which states that for every one dollar collected in child support, the State of NC Social Services agencies get back one dollar to be used for Low Income Programs. In short, there is NO incentive for the State of NC and Judges to grant you equally shared parenting or joint custody because they need you to pay increasing amounts of child support so that you generate funds for programs, jobs, services, and other DSS initiatives. NC Fathers believes that this is absolute abuse and bias.

Wilson County Department of Social Services in NC and Non-Custodial Voters

Ready to send the Directors and Supervisors at the Wilson County Department of Social Services the message that using non-custodial families to fund low income programs is a horrible idea, and that kids in Wilson County NC receive far greater resources and opportunities when social services and big government agencies stay out of the way? This is our GOAL, but we need your help. NC Fathers is especially asking WOMEN in non-custodial families, from all racial and ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic, and political backgrounds to come together and allow us to build a massive lobby that represents you in Raleigh. According to the latest statistics, when you add up non-custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, and aunts and uncles in NC, the figure comes to about 4.7 million voters. There is NO way that Directors at Social Services, Judges, and Politicians will be able to continue their assault on the non-custodial family, and we surmise will do everything possible to level the playing field so that children in Wilson County NC can enjoy BOTH parents and extended families.

Again, it is VITALLY important that you share this article on the Wilson County Department of Social Services with other NC families using email, Twitter, Facebook, and other social networking sites. Furthermore, we want non-custodial WOMEN in paternal families to contact us if they fear that Social Services or Judges in your community are overlooking false domestic violence allegations that are becoming a increasing tactical tool for hopeful custodial mothers to use to make sure the deck is stacked in her favor. Our organization believes that the child support enforcement community and domestic violence community is working together to make sure that as many men in NC are labeled as domestic offenders as this will not only generate more federal funding for domestic violence, but will also lower visitation awards with non-custodial fathers which will also generate greater federal funds.

While this may sound like a conspiracy theory to others, we believe that Wilson County NC non-custodial families, after going through the NC Family Courts and Social Services Child Protective Services investigations will absolutely identify.

Child Support and Abuse and Bias

Wilson County Department of Social Services and NC Abuse, Bias, and Illegal Acts Resulting From Complete Immunity

As touched on briefly in this article, the Wilson County Department of Social Services in NC has 100% complete legislative granted immunity for ANYTHING they do wrong. Our organization has great fears that when you have immunity, and there is a group of people you derive funding from, there presents a wide open door for abuse, bias, and illegal acts. Furthermore, it is important to note that many of the social services workers in Wilson County have only four year degrees in some type of human services field. Granting immunity to someone with only a four year degree, and who has no licensure board, is absolutely dangerous.
