Wake County NC Non-Custodial Parent Question and Answers

Judge, courts, nc

Roughly half of custodial mothers today have male children who will one day be pushed to the margins of their kids lives if they experience a divorce and have children. Where do you think these non-custodial grandmothers (who will also be marginalized as well) will stand then? With Equally Shared Parenting Representative Stam?

It is important to note for Wake County NC Non-Custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, and paternal aunts and uncles that no Republican or Democrat Representative in the General Assembly is talking about your contribution in the equal raising, nurturing, emotional support, physical support, and psychological support that should exists between fathers, the paternal family, and children. It seems the only support that NC Representatives want to discuss is your financial contribution from afar that is mediated by a big government enforcement agency. NC Fathers is asking that you recognize your numbers in NC, as well as a growing large voter block in the State of North Carolina.

Representative Paul Stam - Wake County NC Non-Custodial Voters
When talking to NC Legislators like Republican Representative Paul Stam, NC Fathers senses a huge disconnect between the issues you face in the NC Family Courts and Social Services agencies, and what they see from their side. Therefore, we are asking Representative Stam and Wake County NC non-custodial family voters to click on the BLUE and RED graphic below to get a huge reminder of the many issues you face, many of which we believe prevent you from having equal parentage and access to your children. We ask that you pay special attention to the Social Security Act, Title IV-D program which uses your child support contribution to pay for Welfare and Low Income Programs within NC Department of Social Services Agencies. NC Fathers believes this single legislation has created dependency by the State of NC on federal money in this program to keep social services programs running. In short, the State of NC has no incentive for you to have equal parentage because you trigger federal money which keep vital programs at social services running via increased child support. Clearly, the fastest path to increased child support is by decreasing time spent between non-custodial families and children. Additionally, while a politically hot button issue, there is clear and growing evidence that women are using false allegations of domestic violence and child abuse as a tactical advantage in the NC Family Courts to ensure victory, and that Judges are turning their back on this issue and allowing these false allegations to proceed to conviction politically.

Republican Representative Paul Stam and Wake County NC Non-Custodial Family Dynamics

Representative Paul Stam should be acutely aware that our organization believes that in EACH county in NC, Monday-Friday, there are seven new non-custodial fathers created. And with each father, comes at least three WOMEN in the paternal family who are equally marginalized in their loved ones lives. These WOMEN include step-mothers, paternal aunts, and grandmothers. Rep Stam can do the math here, as it is a very large number of voters that we are reaching out to hourly using social media and blogging. Representative Stam should also recognize that non-custodial families come from every racial and ethnic background, socioeconomic background, and political party affiliation. Additionally, the distinguished NC Representative should be aware of the latest statistics showing that 40% of children in NC are conceived via non-married parents, and that these fathers under current law have no legal rights to their children. NC Fathers believes that the historical bias in the NC Family Courts and Social Services agencies is creating a large voter base of many families, and we are determined to unite them all. If you are tired of the systematic alienation between you, the Wake County NC non-custodial family and your children, so that custodial mothers can benefit, we ask that you help send Republican Representative Paul Stam our message. If you are tired of visiting your son/brother/husband in jail for inability to make money appear out of thin air, while watching custodial mothers receive increasing amounts of job assistance, housing assistance, educational assistance, medical assistance, financial assistance, and tax incentives to make the same financial ends meet, we ask that you help change this. NC Fathers believes that children will have greater access to opportunities and resources when they have two equal parents in their lives (and extended families) than social services and enforcement will ever deliver.

Republican Representative Paul Stam, Domestic Violence, Child Support Enforcement, and Wake County NC Non-Custodial Families

Rep Paul Stam should hear from Wake County NC non-custodial families that our issue is not Welfare funding, our issue is Welfare funding taking place because of our inability to get equal parentage and access to our children and loved ones because of the biased Family Courts. For each Father in Wake County paying $700 a month in child support, he is making $700 available to Social Services via Title IV-D Legislation. This seems like an awful huge incentive for Social Services agencies to use their 100% immunity to deal overly aggressive with non-custodial families. And, it just is not right that one side of a child’s family be kept at a distance to make sure federal dollars are received. With regard to Domestic Violence, there are new statistics showing that women hit at the same rate as men hit, and that Domestic Violence in female/female partnerships happen at the same rate as heterosexual relationships. Yet, the Domestic Violence Coalition seemingly is only interested in male on female violence. And, as more and more false allegations are realized, it is going to start casting a dark cloud over real cases in courts. Simply stating “I’m Scared” by a hopeful custodial mother should not prevent Wake County NC fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers and aunts from not seeing their loved one and children for years at a time. Both of these issues have evolved into political footballs, and each has it’s own lobby, agendas, and industry where jobs and infrastructure is tied to them. NC Fathers is asking WOMEN in Wake County paternal non-custodial families to stand up and ask Representative Paul Stam to end this parental warfare taking place in the NC Family Courts, Social Services Agencies, and Special Interest Groups who have a financial vested interest in you being alienated from your minor loved ones.
