Pasquotank County Department of Social Services - Corruption, abuse, bias, and illegal acts

How do you feel knowing that your inability to get equal parentage and access to your children via the Pasquotank County NC District Courts is helping the Pasquotank County Department of Social Services afford to help Welfare recipients have an easier time supporting their children? Were you told that the ONLY reason you are paying child support is to support your children? Few non-custodial families understand that there are two sides to child support enforcement, and we are about to expose the side that is generating revenue for Social Services programs like TANF and WIC. Please click on the red and blue graphic below to review the links pointing to the Social Security Act, Title IV-D program.

Child Protective Services at NC DSS

Pasquotank County Department of Social Services in NC and Child Support Enforcement via DSS

In a nutshell, NC Department of Social Services agencies, like the one in Pasquotank County and Elizabeth City, has ZERO incentive for you to have equal parentage and access to your children so that you pay child support each money to a big government agency which then turns around and sends an equal match of money back on performance. This money is then diverted to Social Services Programs. Generally speaking, every non-custodial Father that is paying $500 a month in child support, he is also making $500 a month available to Social Services to continue programs for Women and Children.

  • NC Fathers believes that this relationship sets up an incentive for Staff and Supervisors within Child Protective Services to make sure that Fathers have as little time (if any) with their children so that they trigger greater federal funding for social services jobs and programs.
  • Given that the Pasquotank County Department of Social Services has complete immunity for any bias, abuse, corruption, or illegal acts committed in pursuit of this federal money, we believe that a wide open door exists for children and non-custodial families to get hurt.

But it does not stop with just child support enforcement, as there is now evidence that suggests that the big Domestic Violence lobby is working in tandem with the Child Support Enforcement lobby to further prevent Fathers who might get equally shared parenting that more and more US States are adopting into their laws. NC Fathers believes that the Pasquotank County Department of Social Services staff have an incentive to see false allegations of Domestic Violence treated as real violence so that a Father and women in the paternal family have no access to the children, or from preventing them from getting joint physical custody. And, they then use these higher statistics to request more money from the US Federal Government for their programs and jobs.

Both of these programs have hidden agendas, and NC Fathers believes that NC Social Services agencies have a big stake in Pasquotank County NC non-custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, and paternal aunts and uncles being alienated from their children so that others can gain financially. We realize the data on Domestic Violence concerns Women in paternal families, but have a look at this article as it is written from the view of a step-mother, paternal grandmother, or aunt.

Fighting the Pasquotank County Department of Social Services in NC via Non-Custodial Families

NC Fathers believes that if the Pasquotank County Department of Social Services had the best interest in children having access to greater resources and opportunities, they would develop a system that ensures that both parents have the ability to DIRECTLY support their children, and allow both extended families to do the same. Where the logic is that providing extensive housing, job, medical, educational, financial, and psychological assistance to one parent and jailing the other parent who can’t make the same financial ends meet is beyond us. But as we have clearly pointed out, we do not think that this is about a child’s best interest.

NC Fathers is encouraging Pasquotank County NC non-custodial families to read THIS POST on what we feel is a huge group of voters in NC, who if united, could put pressure on Judges, Politicians, and NC Social Services Directors to end the parental warfare game and allow families to raise their children despite the need for their federal funding and political agendas.
