Boycott Divorce Corp Movie? Mothers Rights Versus Fathers

Boycott Divorce Corp Movie? Mothers Rights Versus FathersDivorce Corp, a documentary due to be released in January 2014 is causing quite a boycott stir between mother’s rights / “women’s rights” and father’s rights groups who support equally-shared parenting. In calling for a boycott of the movie, mother’s rights groups are quite upset that Divorce Corp advocates for more fair and balanced divorce and family court process, something that apparently irks the mother’s rights crowd which for years has enjoyed courts centered around them. As shared parenting is being advanced across the world, it appears that many in the mother’s rights arena are calling for a boycott of Divorce Corp in an effort to maintain their position of total control.

NC County attorney

It should be noted that you can not find one father’s rights group that advocates for family courts that are centered around fathers having primary physical custody and control–but you can find hundreds of mother’s rights group that advocate for that. These women are at the front for the equality movement?

Mother’s rights groups are particularity upset with (and boycotting the documentary) Divorce Corp over the fact that the producers of the movie advocate for an equal system that puts mothers and children within reach of abusers as if men are the only abusers and domestic violence offenders, or child neglect and abuse perpetrators.

Another fascinating concept I see put forth by mother’s rights group in calling for a boycott on Divorce Corp is that 60% of women who have children in the world have a son. And these women are calling for a family court system that makes sure their own sons are marginalized when they become adults? Where are these mother’s rights groups going to be when they, as a paternal grandmothers, have very little access to their grandchildren because she helped lay the foundation for biased courts?

Also, there is a lot of talk about protestors who will be boycotting the documentary and harassing those that go to see the movie, and attempting to harass movie theaters that host Divorce Corp. Are we sure that men are the only humans on earth that harass and use aggression to forward an agenda?

Where are the many thousands of women in paternal families who have for the past 80 years watched as their sons are systematically marginalized by feminist-controlled family courts? Courts that have no problem with seeing all of your sons as potential abusers? Have any of the mothers witnessed abuse by women on their sons? If so, why are you not standing up to these radical mother’s “rights” groups who are calling for your inability to love and help raise your children and grandchildren equally?

In some ways I am happy to see “mother’s rights” groups boycotting Divorce Corp as I think it will allow the shared parenting movement to finally show that mothers like this have no desire for equality unless it benefits them personally, and will allow our movement to draw in more resources from women in paternal families who realistically make up the largest segment of father’s rights groups.

Lastly, it should be known that we think a vitally important part of getting the equal-parenting and shared-parenting movement to a national consciousness is for there to be a group of women that does not allow men in their ranks; men have their own movement and groups on this and we support them. But we think there should be women-only groups, women who are tired of watching feminism and mother’s rights groups advocate for a system that harms children and the relationship with their fathers. So boycott away ladies! Boycott Divorce Corp so that we can use your advocacy to draw in more women into our movement for equality.

If you are a woman in a paternal family who is concerned about your son, husband, brother, or nephew’s ability to have a equal relationship with his children, and radical groups attempts to call your loved one’s abusers, then we would love for you to use the comment section below to leave your thoughts. And, please do not forget to share this post on Facebook, Google+, and Twitter so that others can join in the conversation.

The Proposed Boycott of Divorce Corp Should Teach Women a Few Things About Equality

If the proposed boycott of Divorce Corp and calls for protestors to disrupt and harass those going to see the movie teaches us anything, it is that there are very well entrenched groups who benefit from the family courts, and for women in paternal families, it certainly is not you.

Our organization tries regularly to get women to see that malicious mother’s groups and officers of the courts, who have for a century labeled your sons as only abusers who should pay money to the system, has kept you from having a normal life with your grandchildren, step-children, and nieces and nephews–and maybe even your own father.

It should also teach women that there are radical groups who have hijacked the idea of equality, whose purpose is to demoralize and malign your sons for an agenda. This is not what feminism was supposed to be about. Or was it? You should really be asking these mother’s rights groups about their idea of equality because the family courts is a major red herring that stands in the way of equality.

We encourage women in paternal families to make more of an effort to get in touch with your activism as it relates to family law, and hope you will view Divorce Corp and tell us your experiences with any groups that were boycotting.

Again, the ONLY argument these malicious women have against family court reform is that all your sons are domestic offenders and that there are no false accusations. It is time for women in paternal families to stand up to these malicious protestors and stop their false narrative.

  1. I wish this movie was showing in Wilmington north Carolina at the Mayfair movie theater but sadly this town is controlled by majority feminist so this movie theater hasn’t replied to my messages of showing this movie. I have also filled out the movie showing request page to have it shown. It’s sad that feminist scream equality only to get what they want regardless of equality. Sad part is a lot of these women gave birth to boys……………..

  8. Divorce Corp producers have said time and time again that the documentary is not associated with father’s rights. They claim that because Glenn Sacks was on, that it is. But they also gave face time to Allred and the activist Judge who believes that shared parenting is a bad idea.

  12. We need to put all judges in a room, serve them nice cold beer and ask them to watch this movie over and over. This is a must job otherwise judges will not have any raise and annual performance review salary increase. Edmonton queens bench judges must watch. I have few judges name, with first hand experience. Wouldn’t name here, but except one or two judges, most of them do need to watch this movie. We should make DVD and send copies to each judge at their work address.

      • Nope, don’t know you. But I have seen millions like you who want to take domestic violence committed by men and place a blanket over all men’s heads so that they are all viewed as domestic offenders while making excuses for female on male violence. Women like you don’t realize that every one of your arguments follow the same script, so it’s clear you have been trained.

Men commit violence, and some should not have custody. Those that haven’t, should have shared custody.
Women commit violence, and some should not have custody. Those that haven’t, should have shared custody.

The idea that all men are violent horrible men and those that have custody are batterers, is a theme that is drawing millions of women in paternal families into this fight, like constancelkitatake above.

  19. Most screen listings at theatres is driven by big money from the major studios.
I really hope that this movie is successful and makes some strides in progress for shared parenting and exposing the corruption of family court.
Its going to require a lot of activism from moviegoers to create “pull-thru” demand for divorcecorp, hence their webpage showing a limited number of theatres- mostly in major cities.
Like most independent and small studio films, this movie will most likely be a direct release to dvd to recoup production costs.

The Family Court System has become a Racketeering Enterprise. It’s all about money. Once you understand what a Racketeering Enterprise is, and how it is orchestrated… the State Bar(s) and their Foundations are set up as Non Profit Organizations to embezzle, extort, and even terrorize those victims entrapped by the Enterprise. It’s the ultimate example of “RICO Act,” Title IX of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970….. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racketeer_Influenced_and_Corrupt_Organizations_Act

  25. My ex boyfriend beat my son and I all the time. My ex has a long list of felonies, DUI charges, reckless driving, breaking and entering, drug possession, been arrested for aggravated assault and also physically assaulted my father when he came looking for me. When I finally got the chance to get away I ran as far as I could. My ex filed for full custody so he could control my son and hurt him whenever he wanted to and my son is afraid of his father and when he filled for custody he told the courts that I was an unfit mother and was crazy. My ex had no proof and was just all lies and words he put down on a piece of paper. I had all the proof I needed to prove he is an unfit parent and abusive father. My ex is not on the birth certificate either and from what I read he has no rights. My ex also has 2 other children that are girls that he signed his rights over. My ex only wants boys. The judge granted my ex full custody with no evidence or proof and wants to put me in jail for protecting my son from his abusive father. I love my son so much that I will fight and do whatever I have to do to protect my son from his abuser. There has to be more laws for the children to keep them safe! This who “best interest” is bull. It’s just a made up lie they throw around to make the judges feel good about themselves at the end of the day. If they really cared about the children they wouldn’t put them in life threatening situations or take them from their mothers or father if they aren’t abusive towards them and leave them with the parent who loves them and cares for them. I read horrible stories about how mothers lose custody over their children all because the father says the mother is unfit without any proof or evidence. How can we keep letting this happen. What about the children? These children that are too young to speak need someone to be their voices. Someone out there needs to help the children in custody cases. Please help!

  26. I think it is absolutely ridiculous how women have so much say and control over the children. In my experience men want and have just as much desire to raise and be three for their children as the mothers and there is absolutely no reason whatsoever they should not be given that chance. I would love to go see this movie and for someone to come harass me as I’m going. I would have a lot to say to them on this issue. I wish there was more that I could do personally to help men and mostly children to have their dads around just as much as their mothers!!!

  27. Mothers should step back and realize that fathers do not owe them a living. The basic concerns should be the children. Not how long the children can be held for ransom. If a woman had the choice to have an abortion then a man should have the choice to not pay child support. Her body they say. His bank account I say.

  28. What do you think of this:

“Kids of Divorce Speak Out, DIVORCE CORP, The Untold Story from the Center for Judicial Excellence. Documentary clips about the Collins family, the first American family granted asylum in the Netherlands because of dangerous decisions by the Minnesota Family Courts. Additional footage available.”

CJE is taking clips from “No Way But One” to make this “untold story” that has already been told. Here is a link to their videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/CJEMarin/videos

CJE/Kathleen Russell is supposed to work with moms AND dads. CJE has the support of the mother’s movement, and father’s rights groups are linked on the CJE facebook page too.

Does anyone care about the safety of the kids? These kids are putting their name and painful details of family dysfunction on the internet for all to see without considering how this will impact their life, and how the story will follow them for years to come.

If CJE is really working for ALL protective parents–moms AND dads–how can they explain all of these contradictions? Maybe they are just in it for themselves?
