NC Fathers is asking non-custodial fathers, step-moms, paternal grandmothers, paternal aunts and uncles, and other family members to tell us if Judge Jimmy Love Jr and Judge Owen Henry Willis Jr of the Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC Family and District Courts respected your equal parentage and access to your children, or made the same historic decisions in your case that focuses on big government enforcement and pitting two parents against each other so that Lawyers can collect big retainers twice a year for 18 years. NC Fathers wants to remind Judge Jimmy Love Jr and Judge Owen Henry Willis Jr that if parents weren’t spending $5000-$10,000 per year EACH for 18 years, this money would go towards children or to pay off NC’s total child support arrears amount. While on the subject of child support, NC Fathers would like for Judge Love and Judge Willis to explain the relationship between child support and funding for Welfare and Low Income Assistance Programs, and we would like to hear to here if either Judge thinks that Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC non-custodial families will be ANGRY knowing that their court ordered alienation from their children is helping these social services recipients having an easier time raising their kids? Want to know more? Did you become a non-custodial father, paternal grandmother, step-mother, paternal aunt/uncle, or other family member at the hands of Judge Resson Faircloth or Judge Robert Bryant Jr of the Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC District and Family Court? NC Fathers is asking these family members to review THIS ARTICLE and help our organizations efforts to reform the NC Family Courts and Social Services agencies who have historically looked to you as a marginalized family to your young children, and for funding of social services agencies Welfare and Low Income Assistance Programs. Please review our GOAL and JOIN OUR MAILING LIST if you are concerned that the Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC Court Judge Resson Faircloth and Judge Robert Bryant Jr are more concerned about child support efforts and assistance to custodial parents at the expense of your having equal parentage and access to your children.
NC Fathers is concerned that Judge Jacquelyn Lee and Judge Paul Holcombe of the Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC Family and District Court are more concerned about child support enforcement and benefits for custodial parents, than equal parentage and access by both parents and their extended families. NC Fathers believes that non-custodial families in Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC are ANGRY knowing that the Family Courts place so much emphasis on child support collection and custodial parents wanting money at the expense of non-custodial fathers, step-mothers, paternal grandmothers, paternal aunts and uncles, and other family members being equals to custodial families. Needless to say, both Judge Jacquelyn Lee and Judge Paul Holcombe should be aware that child support enforcement is responsible for the majority of social services funding for Welfare and other Low Income Assistance programs and we are concerned that the State of NC is so dependent on this system that is prevents equal parentage and access to children by non-custodial families. NC Fathers also wants to know if it is this system (that surely both Judges know exists) that is responsible for low visitation awards and allowing custodial mothers to move kids hundreds of miles away from custodial families so that child support is increased, and thus funding for the State? Furthermore, we have to wonder if Judge Holcombe and Judge Lee are protecting lawyers in Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County and their obvious benefit (multiple retainer fees per month over 18 years) financially from the divisive family courts that put two parents against each other.
NC Fathers invites Judge Addie Harris Rawls and Judge Albert Corbett Jr of the Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC District and Family Court to speak with non-custodial fathers, paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, paternal aunts and uncles, other family members, and friends of these families who we believe are tired of being treated like second class visitor families who only deserve to have 5 days a month visitation with their young loved ones, and who have to pay money to a big government agency to see their children. Judge Rawls and Judge Corbett should also recognize that we believe that Harnett, Lee, and Johnston County NC non-custodial voters will be VERY MAD to learn that their child support payments are directly tied to social services funding for Low Income Assistance Programs and Welfare, and that it seems hard not to wonder if the State of NC, Judges, and Legislators need for these families to be alienated from their children so that social services can thrive. Additionally, we ask readers of this article on Judge Addie Rawls and Judge Albert Corbett Jr to read our GOALS, and join our MAILING LIST to that we can bring this message to a greater number of NC non-custodial voters. Lastly, we hope that you will extensively and routinely share this article on Judge Rawls and Judge Corbett with other families on sites like Facebook and Twitter using the buttons below this article.
