Who Needs Feminism in North Carolina?

Who needs feminism in North Carolina? Gender feminist love to run their campaign of inequality experienced by women using carefully planned MEMEs held up by indoctrinated women’s studies students on the campuses of Duke, NC State, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Wilmington) (Charlotte), and other universities across the State of North Carolina. So, we decided to take a closer look at the other side of the coin that these privileged females attending college simply do not get. Perhaps some of you outside the vacuum of universities and who live in the real world will recognize that not just women face inequality. This message is very important for mothers who have male children to pay particular attention to because these are issues he will face once he becomes an adult. This post is not meant to say that women do not, and have not faced inequality, but it is very hypocritical of university students and gender studies professors to perpetuate the idea that only women face inequality.

Who needs feminism in NC? How many of you paternal grandmothers recognize that your sons are systematically marginalized in the family courts causing you to see your grandchildren infrequently if at all? What about you step-mothers? Or how about mothers of young boys who worry that feminist social policies will mean that they little boy they hold today will grow up to be a non-custodial father hailed only for the amount of child support he pays compared to his direct involvement with his child(ren)?

Who needs feminism in North Carolina when men and boys face 5x greater homelessness and suicide rates compared to women? This is certainly not a narrative talked about at Duke University gender studies courses.

Who needs feminism in North Carolina when it is humorous to talk about the rape culture in prison where men are raped at far greater amounts than any woman outside prison and nobody is lifting a finger to talk about it unless it is a female prisoner who is being raped?

Who needs feminism when it is perfectly acceptable that men face 9x greater workplace deaths?

Of course nobody at NC State gender studies programs are talking about the fact that we have a culture that recognizes men being shot and blow apart on the battlefield as a hero but now that women are being allowed into combat roles suddenly there is a feminist push to end all wars?

Where are feminist on the fact that there is not ONE single Ph.D level nursing professor that specializes in men’s health compared to the 97% that specialize in women’s health? Moms, are you aware that breast cancer funding more than doubles prostate cancer funding yet there is a need to have a women’s hospital of every NC university campus to bring about equality?

Who needs feminism in NC when we have a culture that still believes that ONLY women and children face domestic violence and sexual assault at the hands of men? Oh but certainly we will say that these children and men do not matter because women face more domestic violence than men, but isn’t that like saying 6 dead children is fine because it wasn’t 9?

Who needs feminism in North Carolina when judges in the criminal courts routinely sentence women to 67% less prison time compared to men when they commit the same crimes? Where are the University of NC at Wilmington gender studies professors on that?

I say we do need feminism, the feminism that existed back in the 50s that was about human equality and not the feminism today that teaches impressionable young girls to overlook the MANY inequalities that will face their sons. Shame on you ladies.
