Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party

Representative Bill CookThe intention of this article is to ask Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party to bring equal shared parenting to Pitt County NC Children. NC Fathers is an organization of Pitt County NC Non-Custodial families who have realized that big government funding of major programs and special interest groups is in control of the NC Family Courts and that Non-Custodial families are historically hurt by this system. We are uniting these non-custodial families daily and asking that they contact Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party about the data in this article, and we encourage you to join our MAILING LIST so that we can continue to educate you and keep you up on the latest efforts by our organization to reform the NC Family Courts and Judges, as well as Social Services programs that keep Pitt County NC paternal families alienated from their young children. Additionally, we ask that you share this article on your favorite social networks with other non-custodial families to help gain awareness.

Representative Bill Cook, The Pitt County NC Republican Party, and NC Non-Custodial Family Statistics

In this section, we are reminding Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party that given the divorce rate in Pitt County (as well as across North Carolina), non-custodial fathers equal about 42% of the voting population. And, these fathers come from ALL racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. Additionally, in the NC Family Courts, fathers are not the only ones devastated by divorce and child custody issues. We want Representative Cook and the Pitt County Republicans to be acutely aware that females in the paternal family are equal hurt in this process and vote. When you add in fathers and ALL members of the non-custodial family, NC Fathers believes that we are a overwhelming and significant swing vote that can affect elections of Judges, Senators and Representatives. NC Fathers will continue to undertake a very aggressive search engine marketing, email, and social media campaign to build a mega list of NC non-custodial families that need to understand their numbers in North Carolina who demand respect. Again folks, realize your numbers, and start affecting legislators and judges if you want equal access and parentage of your children.

Representative Bill Cook, The Pitt County NC Republican Party, and Special Interest Groups

Does NC Fathers and really need to remind Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County Republican Party who the special interest groups are that benefit financially from a divisive family court and social services system? If so, we surmise that Non-Custodial Families in Pitt County will be happy to remind the good Representative of the Family Court attorneys who charge $5000 per incident for 18 years when parents fight. And, given that the current system is setup where one parent receives while the other parent loses, you can be sure that these parents fight for 18 years.

Does NC Fathers need to remind Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party the numbers of government contractors lined up for Child Support Enforcement and Domestic Violence federal funding to promote their programs and pay employees? Why isn’t the Republican Party and Representatives putting this money into a program that promotes equal parenting and access to both parents by children and rewarding them for this? How much is this software system going to cost Representative Cook and why is it being done on the back of the non-custodial family/child relationship?

If lawyers and big government isn’t enough, what about the other well funded and powerful special interest groups that benefit from one gender coming out on top in child custody and child support? Again, we hear from females in the non-custodial family HOURLY all over NC. Be sure that these females are beginning to stand up, fight, and vote on this issue.

Representative Bill Cook, The Pitt County NC Republican Party, and Child Support Enforcement

Pitt County NC Child Support Enforcement needs “Deadbeat Dads” in order to continue receiving federal funding for low income assistance programs at the Pitt County NC Department of Social Services. After reading this article, and specifically this section, we think that Pitt County Non-Custodial Families will be outraged once again that the State of NC and Pitt County Social Services uses federal money to fund TANF and Medicaid on the unfortunate situation of non-custodial families not equally parenting and unequal access to their children.

NC Fathers asks that Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party address this issue with Pitt County Families after researching “Social Security Act Title IV Part D” and specifically the section on incentive payments back to US States for INCREASED collection of child support. How does INCREASED fit in with decreased visitation and loss of custody so that NC Child Support Enforcement collection can be maximized Representative Cook?

Why is the Pitt County Republican Party fine with the software contractors, their employees, and others receiving money while paternal grandmothers, step-mothers, fathers, and paternal aunts watch as judges reduce us to mere visitors and judges allow custodial mothers to move our children hundreds of miles away?

Representative Bill Cook, The Pitt County NC Republican Party, and Domestic Violence

Like Child Support Enforcement, the NC Domestic Violence commission needs domestic abusers and accompanying statistics to be high in order to receive funding for programs and government contractors for services related to domestic violence. But we are asking Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party if they think that the State of NC is concerned about Domestic Violence as a whole, or just male on female violence? We hope that they have the right answers, because new data shows that female on male and female on female violence is equally committed, but that it is under reported and there are no systems in place for statistics to be evaluated. In fact, many feminist groups in NC deny that female on male violence exists and certainly not female on female violence in domestic partnerships.

Let us make this very clear for Representative Bill Cook and the Pitt County NC Republican Party that females hit and use aggression to control males and especially in divorce and child custody matters as tactical advantage. Let us also be very clear that DV restraining orders are handed out like candy by politically motivated judges who want to stay in the good graces of the purse strings attached to domestic violence funding.

NC Fathers believes that false domestic violence allegations and restraining orders are alienating NC non-custodial families from their children and it is time this problem is dealt with.
