Wilmington, NC family court seems to be the most corrupt court in NC. How they can justify their decisions and live with what they have chosen is beyond me. VOTERS BEWARE!!!!

We need to find someone to run against him and vote his ass out. It is just that simple. No one really votes on these things we can easily vote him out.

Even when he runs unopposed, he receives fewer votes than other judges running unopposed of the same political party. Most anyone could beat him, but they just do not want to take the pay cut. He is an egomaniac and prefers the power over the pay.

I was crushed in court by Judge Noecker and his side kick attorney Jim Lea. I was just trying to get my non-custodial visitation time enforced. If you look at Noecker’s docket Lea is involved in 80% of the hearings.

While I can appreciate all of the feelings and understand why a lot of the fathers feel the way they do, now it seems that Judge Noeker is using and abusing his position to give supervised visitation of a minor child to a complete stranger. I experienced what I feel to be a biased and blatant disregard for the law and also feel the “Judge” used this particular case to make himself look better to the voters of New Hanover county. The knife cuts both ways when you have someone in a powerful position that makes decisions based not on what’s good for the minor child, but for his political ambition and career. What a sad state of affairs the judicial system is in eastern North Carolina. This is a elected official who needs to remember who voted him into office. The tax payers.

We agree that Judge’s, not only in New Hanover County, but all over NC have way too much discretion and that many times they make very wild decisions that really make no sense. This is why we advocate for as near 50/50 as one can get as the minute parents have nothing to win the craziness will stop. One would think that Judge Noecker and Judge Hogston would stop alienating almost half the population (be it Dads family or Moms family) in Wilmington if the were truly interested in politics. Noecker, gave me only a couple hours a week with my son and gave the mother full custody. You call this fair? And this makes NO Sense. By the time we get to where we are going I only have one hour and 15 minutes with my son A week!

Breaks my heart how can we throw a football around, go for a walk, play baseball in 1 hr. and 15 minutes. We just get started and it is time to get him back to his mother. One visit I couldn’t get him in my car he didn’t want to end the visit we were having so much fun throwing a football around. How can Judge Jeffrey Noecker only give 2 hours to a father that is totally messed up.

There needs to be a signed document by all the fathers that are getting hardly ANY time with their children, due to Judge Noecker’s court order decisions. This is not fair to the children that are hardly seeing their biological fathers. This can’t be good for the children!

This is a heart breaker, went to pick up my 2 year old son last Saturday and the mother never showed up with my son. I called 911 and they went to there apt and it was vacant.
My son is missing now. the mother has full custody and the father has secondary, wow this is crazy, we don’t know to this day if the baby is OK and where is he.
Thanks to Judge Jeff Noecker giving the mother all the power guess she thinks its OK to move and disappear. The father cries each night missing his son so bad.

Judge Noecker… Where to begin? My personal opinion is that he is a Hypocrite describes him perfectly but this is too nice of a label to honor him with. Having two kids he knows without a reasonable doubt how important Father’s and Mother’s are to their children. So you have to ask yourself why does he rule that way. He has to be in it for the money or political favors in my opinion because it’s definitely not for the best interest or betterment of our children. The only laws he enforces are the ones to his likings. You keep one parent from seeing their kids so other gets more Child Support and the state/county receives more Title IV-D money, while we face jail time for “talking about our case”. Everybody talks about Judge Noecker. You should not be a Judge anywhere and have not shown anything that could be described as honorable.

Chad Hogston is a real work. Chad Hogston chooses to hand out Domestic Violence charges for false evidence. Go into his court room without one of his buddy buddy lawyers and he will give the person bringing charges against you whatever they ask regardless of what kind of evidence you have proving the case to be completely false.
I also had another case in Pender county dealing with texting while driving where the officer that pulled me over took the stand and said “I did not see him using his phone, but I pulled him over thinking he might be” yet because I was not there with one of his buddy buddy lawyers, he fined me $250 regardless of the lack of proof. This judge is a piece of work all around. I hope one day to see him dishonored publicly.

The BEST way to rid yourself of this problem is to VOTE him out of office in 2016. Granted, he may be corrupt and may in fact be a throne in the side of justice…..HOWEVER, that doesn’t prevent him from being thrown off the bench…….REMEMBER, it only takes one more vote for someone who will listen and stand up for the truth. Call everyone you know that can vote. Canvas the area around where you live asking everyone to vote this Bum out.

This is the year to change up the judges from their benches. I was judged in court on non-facts in my divorce case. Many things imposed on me were in error without any apparent discretion to use the true facts of the case, because it seems for some reason I made the judge mad at me. Impartial judgement was replaced with anger motivating judgment. Judges are supposed to be impartial, but I found if you make a judge mad by stating the truth in honesty you can be stepped on like a cockroach. For some reason even my attorney was/is afraid of him. That means this judge has crossed the line of fair judgement more than once.

It seems these judges are just partial to the mom. A full time custodial father to a 12 year old she completely left for years his whole life his step mom has been his mother. And even tho the biological mother broke previous order and just abandon him she gets another chance. Makes no sense a man who wants to be there for his kids there WHOLE life get no chances but the moms get chance after chance.

These judges are horrible! They could cage less about the law. They ate 1st subgroup their personal beliefs on people.

Why will these judges not talk to the kids and why is everything hearsay. These poor kids lives are turned upside down and no one cares what they think. Just because you give birth does not make you a good mom. A mom who walks out on her husband and kids to take up with a lesbian, drinks and drives with the kids, leaves them home alone and is hateful to them should not get to be around her kids. but these judges seem hell bent on allowing the mom to have the kids half the time and turning their lives upside down. How would the judges like to pack a suitcase every week of their childhood and go to live with a mom they hate and in a place where they don’t feel safe. Such hunger for power is ruining the lives of these kids. How these kids are treated in the family court system is a tragedy! And paying a counselor to speak up for your children is fruitless too. It’s all about money and I assume fear of the judges. It is heart-breaking when a counselor that has been seeing your children for months and tells you they are going to recommend to the court that you have full custody and then on the day of court lies and takes the side of the mother. Please be super careful of what counselor you have to represent your children. I found out the hard way that they too cannot always be trusted! What a completely horrendous family court system.
